I was nervous but everyone was so great that it put me at ease. I had always hated the puff of air that the one piece of equipment would do. That isn't used anymore. Yulisa was great and professional. Dr. Swain was also great and personable.

I don’t go anywhere but Eye Care Associates. They are like visiting friends. They are thorough with testing. While there they found the best deals on glasses and contacts.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE. Front staff is rude and not welcoming at all. Back staff is not much better. Nothing was explained to me I had to keep asking what they were doing each time we started a different thing and doctor swain wasn’t very helpful at all. She didn’t seem the slightest bit concerned about my questions or concerns, more concerned about it being Friday and close to time to leave, same with her staff. Lastly, but surely not least, the lady (Doris?) that fits you for your new glasses, RUDE. She seems like she really hates her job and is so unkind and emotionless. I felt like a number there, not an actual person that they cared about. I should have known better when the first time I called they were rude then and acted as if it was an inconvenience to even get an appointment. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Go to an actual professional and don’t waste your time.

This place advertises ocular emergencies, but when my husband stopped in with an emergency the receptionist says we are booked and ready to go home, it wasn’t even 4pm and told us to go somewhere else. We did go elsewhere and will never go here. It was disgusting the lack of concern they had. I will be certain to spread the word!

Great place. Everyone was super nice. Wait time was very quick. Eye doctor was very nice. She took the time to explain everything and made sure to answer any questions. Great selection of frames in all different brands. Would reccomend this place if you are looking for an eye doctor.
