Facey Medical Group administration is incompetent. I have a very good Dr. there, but the problem is I can’t make an appointment to see him. There’s no time reserved on the Dr.’s daily schedule for emergency appointments. Good luck trying to see your Dr. the same week. It feels like they just fill the appointment slots like it’s some subscription business, hence the long waits. The app is great, but when you message your Dr., you usually have to jump through hoops with the nurses before you get a chance to address your concern with him. My Dr. is great—he’s really good. But Facey Medical Group is run by morons. They always push you to see a Nurse Practitioner instead of your doctor. My wife took that offer since her appt with her Dr. was two months away. Yes, you read that right—2 months. She wasn’t impressed by the Nurse Practitioner’s knowledge. From what I can tell, that’s their business model: overwhelm the Drs’ schedules and push everyone to nurses, which I assume is cheaper for them.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Absolutely the most useless medical office in all of Santa Clarita. Doctors that have zero knowledge about anything and all they do is prescribe medication and see you a year to a year and a half later. Appointments are 3 to 4 months out like they expect you to stay sick and in pain while you wait for your appointment time.

Love the nice people in the lab!
I especially look forward to seeing decorations in the lab. It can be very cold and dreary and there is no window . Makes me feel better too. I am here weekly

I had a very positive experience so far having been there only once. All persons from clerk, to medical assistant, to provider were excellent in their services. They were very courteous, respectful, and professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was also seen in a very timely manner, and only 2-3 minute wait for blood draw and X-ray. I was in and out of my entire visit in an hour having seen my excellent provider, having blood taken and an X-ray. I have only positive things to say of my experience there.

Absolutely terrible experience. From Doctors, to RNs, and administrative teams. All absolutely laughable at the low-quality healthcare provided from all aspects of this medical group. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP TO ANY PERSON. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of care provided. Go to Kaiser if you have the ability. Facey will ruin your health. I have been struggling to acquire diabetic medical equipment since the day I have joined Facey; from paperwork being held up to incompetence from all aspects of this medical group. I have never had a smooth experience being with this Facey.

Good luck getting an appointment. If you're sick or injured it takes weeks before you can see a doctor or even a nurse and what is the point of even having insurance?

Me and my wife took our newborn son to the pediatrician office with Doctor Victor M. Lopez. Honest opinion, worst experience ever. My wife and I had several questions about our baby boy. We are first time parents so obviously we have several questions about our son. Lopez was in a rush and made us feel irrelevant during his evaluation of our baby boy. His approach in regards to medical concerns were extremely unprofessional & dismissive. While kindness & sympathy may not be required in order to qualify for his position he should at the very least review & correctly interpret medical records of his patients to avoid misinterpretation to parents. Although they may be small mistakes but combined with his lack of effort, interest, empathy & attention to detail, it may cost someones child their health. If you happen to be in a position where you are required to see him for your child, make a note to personally review all test results, vitals, records & get a second opinion.

I’ve been a patient here for as long as I can recall - however recently I’ve had the worst experience with one of the Medical Assistant there. I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews on anything; however this was extremely frustrating. I have been in constant contact with her, when all I wanted was to speak to my PCD, and she was unable to help me with any of my issues. I was assured all was taken care of on her part, but in the end, I was told nothing was taken care of by her. Very ill setting experience; and I am very unhappy with how things were handled. I still haven’t gotten my appointments set straight, and don’t know when I will.
