Receptionists are beyond rude & do not like to use their names. So unfortunate. When you call, they have attitude, when you have questions, attitude. No one greets you. That clinic is not even busy as the other Facey clinics so I don’t know why they’re always rude. Mission Hills is beyond busier and they’re all respectful there.

If you come for an appointment and they make you wait 30 minutes thats fine. But if you are ten minutes late they refuse to see you. I was supposed to have an appointment. When I ran into traffic because of a sudden accident, I gave a courtesy call. I was explicitly told that if I could be there in ten minutes it would be okay. I show up in the ten minute window, one minute early. And they don't take me. They don't care that it contradicts what I was told. They don't care that it was a force beyond my control. I had to go out of my way for this appointment. It's not easy to just reschedule. I am never coming back here.

When I first went into the medical office I was sure it would be just like any other. You know, the staff puts on a smile for you, the doctors and nurses just rush you through not really listening to what you, the patient, needs or has to say. Facey is different. I was noticing on the wall inside the Copperhill Office that they have awards for being one of the best medical offices in Santa Clarita. I though yeah right. I was wrong. The staff really does care. From the moment you walk in the door till the time you leave, you are made to feel comfortable. I honestly cannot say enough about the entire staff at this office. Every person, from the ladies that greet you as you walk in, to the nurses that listen (not just talk at you) to your concerns. The doctors are wonderful too! They really care about you as a person not a number. If you ever have a doubt about what a good medical facility should be, go in to this office. You will be made comfortable right away and unlike other medical offices in Los Angeles, when you enter, you know you're in such good and knowledgeable hands with the entire staff of Facey Medical.

I was asked to get a covid test. I had beem sick
all week end . I had an appointment coming up on Tuesday. When i got to copper jill to have my ear washed. I answered their questions and told the girl. I did not have covid. My trst came up Nagative. She told me towait. She came out and told me to go home and to quarantine for 120 days. That it must of been a faults nagative. I told her my dr. Had told me to come in. She needed to call him. She went in came out and repeated the quarantine to go home stay in for 120 days. Well I cancelled all my up coming appointments including phycical therapy. texted my doctor. On wenesday the supervisor called me.
Although she had fixed it I still haved had my ear fixed. Didnt go back to physical therapy either. She did occer to remake my appointments. Which is a pain in the neck. I did decline. That was in early April. I have an appointment with my doctor May 3.
Sonce that issue I fell from a ladder mid April. I was transported to Henry Mayo. Was sent home. I have had a really bad headache since then and will.not drive my reaction time is slow..
Facey uses Holy Cross. I had told them to take me to Holly Cross. When I was amost at the hospital the paramedic said"opps she not suppose to go here". But I was there and they checked me out.
I have several complants. But, i have a great Dotor. The sysyem is just messed up.

I went there yesterday, May 6, with a hand laceration. My son went in and advised the staff and because of the virus situation the came out to the car. The first two ladies were equipped to deal with my situation but the the third woman decided to stick her nose in and said they were not going to do anything for me because, and I quote, “he has no level of established care here” whatever that means. This despite the fact I was treated there before less than two months ago. So I was turned away. If it’s something serious, choose wisely. Don’t make an unnecessary trip to Facey, you may encounter the same fool I did

Dr Catherine Asuncion in the Copperhill Facey office is the best internal medicine doctor I've seen anywhere. You do not have to wait long if you arrive ahead of your appointment time. Dr Asuncion also is attentive and thorough.
