Absolutely disappointed in this establishment for not giving their pediatricians time off when sick. My daughters pediatrician was coughing in office and despite him being a knowledgeable and kind dr. I will NEVER step foot in the office again. It's been 1 week of being so ill I cannot care for my child. I also had to take her out of the home to avoid getting sick. My husband also caught what I got from the dr. And had to take time off work. Were missing my daughters first Christmas. Thanks so much!

Porter Ranch Facey was my go to always. I tried a new facey location (northridge) just because it was closer…. Northridge facey canceled my appointment without giving me a warning or a phone call. I called Porter Ranch Facey and they had wonderful customer service and were able to get me an appointment sooner. I will ALWAYS be going to Porter Ranch. It is worth the extra drive.

Alaleh Sareh is literally the worst “doctor” I have ever seen. I went in for an eye infection, and she was disinterested, unprofessional, did absolutely NOTHING, then recommended I go to someone else. She does not care about her patients, is completely unhelpful and rude. Why do they even employ her? She really should not be working in a field where she is helping people, but she probably has to pay off those student loans. Her creepy, smug picture says it all.

Receptionist at lab was unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. Told me I didn't have a lab order then when I come back a few minutes later, it's miraculously found in my chart. Then after telling me she can't call the office that ordered the lab and mispronouncing my name, proceeds to tell me I can't do the test there. Like girl, who hurt you that you treat patients like this? The run around was ridiculous and the incompetence I've experienced at Facey has surpassed every other medical facility I have been a patient of. I'm going back to UCLA where everyone is helpful, professional and willing to do their job.

The doctors are great no bad things about them, however it is the administration (and billing department) that deserves the 1 star. They forget to 'tag' lab tests as 'preventive care' visits, so the insurance company don't know to cover 100%. I have spent many hours trying to resolve their issues. Also long wait times when calling on the phone - just to be hung up upon after 15 minutes of wait. In fact it just happened to me while writing this review (hence I decided to write it).

Update 10/28/2022:
This update is a response to the owners response on my initial review:

Thank you for taking your time to respond. I appreciate it, as I know you do not have to.

The response supports my point. I got a Blue shield PPO insurance which covers all costs 100% (incl. lab tests) related to preventative care. Below is how the process usually goes (for both my wife and me - and quite a few times causing us many hours of phone time and frustrations). I got to my preventative care check including lab test. After a while, I get billed from Quest Labs at which point, I learn that something has gone wrong in the billing (as I am not supposed to get billed). I call them and they refer to you as my provider as you have not sent them the correct billing codes indicating the tests are related to preventative care hence my insurance has not covered the tests 100%. I therefore call you, and you promise to send them updated code. Unfortunately the wait between Facey and Quest Lab can take up to 45 days, at which point I check again. This goes back and forth and in the worst case scenario it can take up to 6 months. It typically ends up with me calling my Insurance company who a few times have given me the benefits of the doubt and waived the patient part - but not because you fixed the issue with the billing codes. Somehow there seems to be a disconnect between what tests are being ordered in relation to my preventative checks and what is being considered as a preventative care lab tests (Standard panel) which my PPO insurance covers. I have asked you how we can prevent this from happening in the future, but have not gotten a clear answer as it - like your answer in your response - points to either my Insurance or Quest labs.

One of your representative called me yesterday as well to discuss my review, but she caught me in a bad time with my kids and I suggested she could call me back in 30 minutes. I never heard from her. I would gladly discuss my issues in person as the responses to most of my written communication has been dismissive.

I know Facey and Providence are big organizations and I would hope they would listen to some feedback from their patients and act on it. I have identified a problem in the process around preventative care, insurance and labs and it would be great if you could review it and improve it. Thank you again.

Went to Facey today to see Dr. Alaleh Sareh and I was 5 mins late because I came from work and unexpectedly, my drive to the clinic was 30 mins due to roadwork. After making me wait for around 20-30 mins after checking in, the receptionist let me know that the doctor doesn't want to see me because I was late. Both receptionists even felt bad and told me nobody even noticed that I was late. They just said "she(Alaleh) is just like that. On top of this, I was the only patient waiting and she wasn't going to see anyone after me(which would've been more reasonable). I know being punctual is important but you would think that someone would've been more forgiving and kind. I took an early day off to be seen by a doctor because of medical issues and because she was having a bad day, she didn't even let me explain. She didn't even ask if I was having a serious medical condition, she just sent me home(and no, I didn't wait a long time to be seen, I got my appointment the day before). This is very disheartening. I hope she can be more kinder to patients as she doesn't know what people are going through. Facey, I hope you understand where I am coming from and I hope you can address the concern with your doctors. Thank you.

This is the first time that I wrote a google review because I am really pissed by the horrible customer service by the Facey medical group.
Here is the story. My daughter needs a medical clearance form for the school. So we went there and did some routine check. The doctor was okay but not quite experienced. I paid for the form at the front desk when I picked it up after a few weeks. However, it was not the end of story, because I have been getting a mailed bill asking me to pay for the form again (which i have already paid at the front desk) every month. This is clearly a mistake so I called the customer service at least three times in three different months and spent 2-3 hours talking to various people on the other end about the billing. Now almost one year past, I am still getting the same billing over and over again. I feel the hospital does not care the patients at all or take a little closer look at their mistakes. I am going to pay for that 'doubled' bill to avoid any negative impact on my account, but I will NEVER go to any of the Facey Medical branches because of their irresponsibility and careless mistakes.
