I called the office of Dr. Wong while in route to my appointment to advise that I was stuck in traffic and would be late. I was advised that the office did not have a grace period and that I might not be seen. I arrived 10 minutes after my scheduled time and was told that I would need to reschedule. Given that there were no other patients in the waiting area I decided not to reschedule. I feel they could have seen me since they weren’t busy. They just didn’t want to. I have reviewed their website and did not see this policy noted. I will not be returning here. I will schedule my appointment with a more patient focused physician office.

The worst! I called and made an apt with an OB and when the day/time came (after driving 40 minutes and securing childcare) they had no record of my appointment because someone on their staff incorrectly input the appointment so they turned me away. After we complained they investigated and found their employee had made the mistake they gave me an apt a week later.

Our second time here my husband and I both made an apt with a new PCP. We hit traffic on the 101 and called to let them know we’d be 10 minutes late. Upon arrival they said they wouldn’t see my husband for his 3:40p apt. I was 35 minutes early for my appointment but still they wouldn’t give us a one time courtesy of letting him be seen. We schlepped out here 40 minutes in the car with our 2 year old they didn’t had zero sympathy for being 10 minutes late. Not warm, welcoming or accommodating. I then waited a half hour for my apt even though I had been 35 min early. There is a reason this place has a 2.9 rating - unhelpful and unfriendly.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Facy Medical Doctor and Dr. Mina Mousavian, who is my son's family doctor. My son is now one year old and still hasn't received his 9-month vaccines because they failed to schedule an appointment on time. Despite multiple attempts to get an appointment, they have been consistently unresponsive and have now delayed his check-up by an additional three months.

This level of care is unacceptable, especially for a young child who needs timely vaccinations and regular check-ups. I can't believe my son is being neglected in such an important phase of his development. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects responsible and timely care for their children.

My wife and I have been going to Facey Medical Group for about 6 months now and I have to say they're good. Dr. Lewis, Dr. Lowe and Dr. Levy as well as the lab staff and the others are always friendly and helpful. Their nurse went out of his way to find a steroid injection for me that nobody in town had. They're not perfect but what medical office is. I do feel they care about my needs and my health which can be hard to find these days. Thanks Facey!

I scheduled an appointment for November 20. Nothing was available before. Im waiting for this upcoming appointment for two months. Today I received a phone call saying they need to reschedule. The first appointment available is for January 2024. When I was asked, why are you taking patient? If clearly, you don’t have time to see them, I didn’t receive any respond. Do yourself a favor. If you need to see a doctor don’t schedule with them.

I have nothing but good things to say about Facey Medical Group. I selected Dr. Diana Wong as my OBGYN when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. Dr. Wong was friendly, courteous, and respectful. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire pregnancy. The nurses were always kind as well.

When I got the glucose blood test, 50 minutes after the test I started feeling light-headed. I walked up to the front desk and told them I felt like I was going to pass out, then went and laid down on the floor. Immediately, about 6 nurses and doctors surrounded me and helped get me back to normal. I was impressed by the level of care the staff provided so quickly.

Went in for routine bloodwork on Monday 8/28/23, as a part of my well woman exam. The nurse at the blood draw lab, on the 2nd floor, was nice enough but she completely blew my vein. It was an extremely painful blood draw and bruised really badly. Check out the pic I posted in the photo section. I had plenty of draws through both of my recent pregnancies and this has been by far the worst experience in years. The nurse does this all day long and I have good veins. No excuse to have missed this so badly. Do better.

Do not visit Pediatrics: Dr Mina M. Rude Dr and Nurses. They do not even pretend to care about kids and give little to no advice. Judgemental and talks nasty about patients in their faces. Stand clear of this location.
