I was there last Sunday. It was very busy, but Dr. Andrew Ing was very kind and went the extra mile with me in order to be thorough. I appreciated that very much. My experiences here over the years have been positive.

Came here to get stitches for an injury. Saw Dr. Montalvo who immediately recommended that I go to the ER, so I left without receiving any services. I was in and out of the office in under 5 minutes.

Fast forward a month and I get a bill for $650 for a 60-minute office visit. My insurance covered all but $200 of it. After speaking with the billing department and explaining that I received no service from them, they apparently tried to re-code it. About a week later I get a letter stating “the charge and coding were determined to be appropriate for the services rendered.” Absolute buffoons.

Be advised you may get billed for walking by their facility and breathing their oxygen.

Just another instance of this woefully inadequate and corrupt medical system.

I went into urgent care yesterday with horrible chest pain. This had to be my worst experience here EVER! When I was in triage, the triage nurse was commenting on every single one of my tattoos while I'm sitting there clenching my chest. My BP was 159/96 at that time. She asked if I had high BP! I finally told her I've had a heart attack before and she finally hurried and got me to EKG. The EKG tech was the only quick and professional person I dealt with. My EKG was ok. Dr. Montalvo came in, didn't really seem too interested but ordered blood tests and a chest X-ray then I was sent back in the waiting room until they had a room for me. Once all my tests came back and it didn't seem heart attack was likely Dr. Montalvo said "yeah, I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe take Mylanta or something." Not sure how long he's been a doctor but he seemed completely clueless and uninterested in his job.

Received 2 letters from the school district my daughter has been exposed to Whooping cough. She's showing symptoms so I brought her in. Doctor Behmanesh was rude and refused to test her for it. 'Why, just isolate her' But he tested her for covid and flu. Requested he test her again for whooping, told him she was exposed and his response was 'those non-vaxers'
'By law they have to tell you so I'm not testing her'
Thanks Doctor Rude....She's been vaccinated for covid and flu, yet he tested her. His final response for her symptoms was 'she has asthma'
I'll be speaking to someone in charge tomorrow. That visit was ridiculous.

I am so impressed with Facey Immediate Care. My son had been throwing up and having diarrhea, he was triaged and seen very quickly. The team worked so well together, each person knowing what to do when they came in. The pediatrician was quick to make a determination about treatment and checked back frequently. The nursing team was so kind, collaborative and did everything they could to make our 5 hour ordeal as helpful as possible. They brought me water, offered to hold my son while I used the restroom, and brought me diapers. As scary as it was for my 23 mo to be sick and hooked up to IVs, he was treated with care and kindness.

I was in Urgent Care a few days ago with my daughter and had a very positive experience. The staff is caring and professional. Dr. Stephen is AMAZING!! She called the following day to make sure the treatment is working and asked how we were feeling. I'm very greatful!

Friendly front desk and within 15 minutes my name was called. There were about 3 people ahead of me. The nurse who called me back was kind and quick. The facility was very clean and Dr. Ko who treated me was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. You can tell he actually cares about his patients and they aren’t just a “number” to him. I highly recommend this place if you need to go to an urgent care facility. Honestly I’m surprised this place has some negative reviews. My whole experience was nothing but positive.

Horrible experience with Dr. Choudhury. I would never recommend this provider. She did not pinpoint a bacterial infection yet still recommend antibiotics. When I declined she stated “that’s good you don’t want them because we don’t know where the infection might be” Why were they recommended in the first place? Her medical notes in my chart did not align with the visit. I stated I had sinus pressure and yet she marked “patient did not complain of sinus pressure”
I would not recommend her. I’ve seen her previously and it is always a waste of my time.
