Brian is working on an app for prescription refill and I can't wait for it, it will be an excellent addition to a Great pharmacy, locally owned and hands on care. Please consider switching from big pharmacy to local.

Brian an his staff are incredibly nice and friendly, plus they're very understanding of what their clients go through. They go out of their way to help you even when Dr's and Insurance companies give you problems. If any of you are sick of the corporate Pharmacies an the way they treat you, I would highly suggest you move your meds to Fairhaven Pharmacy. I am genuinely elated to have found a "family owned" and small, "village-type" of pharmacy. Not only does Brian (the Pharmacist) make sure he has the medication that's needed in-stock, but if he is out, he will get it for you as quickly as is in his power to do so. His staff always personally calls - not an automated robocall - to notify you that your prescriptions are ready, or any sort of important information you need to know. Thank you, Brian, and your pleasant-natured staff for being a superb pharmacy in the local town!

After all of the madness I've had to go through with CVS, this place is a God send! Every interaction I've had has been super positive and so helpful. It is so great to have an independent pharmacy in town!! Brian and Marissa are very friendly and you know when you meet him that he cares about you, you aren’t just a number like you are at CVS Walgreens! It was easy to transfer my prescriptions from CVS, I gave Brian my insurance and told him I use CVS and Brian took care of the rest, he was even able to order an OTC item for me at a great price! I highly recommend this pharmacy for you or your elderly parents! Also they have very cool
