I believe they’ve made improvements in the last few months or so and I definitely give them credit for that. I would appreciate more thoroughness even if it is costly. I prioritize my health over my income, as my health is my income. One thing I can say that I do love about this clinic is their quickness and accuracy regarding the patient portal. As a person who has worked in a busy industry, phone lines simply get extremely busy. That is just life. These girls at the front really do try their best and I know they care because 100000% they are so quick to respond within the patient portal. Utilize the services provided or don’t complain about having to wait. That’s my personal opinion. I am very grateful for the QUICKNESS of response on the PATIENT PORTAL online ?

I have been battling with Pleurisy for the past month. I have been to the ER 3 times and had all kinds of test done. Before my last ER visit which was June 12th, I called and left a voicemail message that morning with Dr. Hundley's nurse. Here it is June 17th and still haven't gotten a call back!! So, I went in to clinic as a walk-in and went to window #2. I was in a lot of pain and didn't need anyone to be disrespectful or rude. I told her I was a patient of Dr. Hundley and she told me fast like, that he nor his CRNP had any openings which I didn't ask, I just wanted to see any doctor but wanted to let Hundley know, I was there since he knew what was going on. She had me sit down in the lobby and about 20 minutes later another girl from desk called me to window and asked did I want to see someone else that Dr. Hundley didn't have any openings. I told her yes, that's why I was there, but then told her never mind, I would just go to the ER and so that's what I did. Dr. Hundley has been my doctor for many years, but since he has moved to Fairview Clinic it's a nightmare. I am in the process of finding me another Internal Medicine doctor and clinic to go to. They are so unorganized and way too much going on that it makes you wonder if you doctor can really even care for you correctly.

I personally have seen Victoria Hatcher & Ryan Shingler & they both are fantastic very great bedside manner, easy to talk to & very caring. I have always able to be worked in & never had any trouble at this office would recommend to anyone!

I work for a very busy emergency room & I DREAD calling this clinic. I will have STAT consults for these physicians & the receptionists are well aware of it & will still leave us on hold. Today I was on hold for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable. If patients are going to be sent from this clinic to the ER, we need to be able to reach their primary doctors in a timely manner. I understand being busy! I WORK in an ER! But we don’t have time for 30 minute holds!

I love the staff and my doctor! The last few times I’ve gone I’ve had to wait over 2 hours to get my labs done though:/ and it takes them a very long time to return calls.

We are very unsatisfied with the services at this clinic. Took two weeks to get a CT scan ordered and we did all the leg work then. The doctor is to busy to read the CT right away and apparently there is no other doctor that can help. Still having headaches. We would really like to have a doctor that can be seen in a time of need not just for yearly medicine renewals. Getting an appointment is an act of congress. Put on hold several times and then got hung up on. VERY UNHAPPY!

Dr Ryan Shingler and his Nurse Practioner Victoria Hatcher and all their nurses , and staff are absolutely the best.They go way above and beyond for my healthcare needs ,and my husband Tims healthcare needs.They treat you like, and make you feel like a member of their own family .They genuinely care about their pateints and they listen and take time to find solutions to your healthcare concerns and preventative care, if you are sick they will see you the same day in their office . I highly recommend them.If you are looking for caring, concerned , compassionate and the latest, state of the art healthcare, in a primary care physician and clinic then look no furthur, do not hesitate to go to these doctors. They are wonderful! I can not say enough kind remarks about this caring Doctor and his staff at the Fairview Clinic!
