Justin kept me informed and explained the whole process, overall a great experience. Then I went to the office and met with Eddie. Another awesome experience. He took the time to explain everything, made me feel really comfortable about the machine. We tried out different mask options. I did not feel rushed and he was very helpful and patient. I could not have asked for more.

I asked my doctor to send my prescription here after having an abysmal experience with another provider and I couldn't be more impressed with Eddie. He took time and effort to listen to my concerns with the mask I had been using and explain in detail how my specific issues might best be addressed. He also showed me features and settings on my machine that my previous provider never mentioned.What an asset he is, I would recommend this business to anyone. I also want to point out that the front desk, Bre, had been extremely helpful in addressing my questions and concerns when I set up the appointment and in making arrangements for supplies. A five star review is not something I throw around, however these employees and this business really deserves it.

What a great experience I had! I rarely give 5 stars, but the team at Fairway really deserve these accolades! From appointment setting, to availability of appointments, location [clean and easily accessible], to the training on the equipment I received, this place was superb!

Eddie the Respiratory Therapist was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and had answers to all of my many questions!

My first call with Lena was amazing. She was extremely helpful. Then Justin called to schedule my visit. Again, an amazing person and very knowledgeable. Then Eddie worked on setting me up and he was amazing and very personable as well. Each staff member was more amazing than the next. They answered every question I had and displayed professionalism and knowledge each step of the way! Thank you

It was a little difficult to find, but staff were friendly. Eddie was great, showed me how to use the machine (easy) and I tried several masks.
I would recommend them to anyone being fitted for a mask.

Fairway Medical was great to work with. I cannot remember the name of the guy who helped me with my APAP machine but he was very knowledgeable and he explained the machine and different mask types very well. I recommend this company to anyone who needs sleep apnea supplies. Thank you all again!

My tech was friendly, professional and very thorough explaining and more importantly cleaning and maintining my A pap not C pap machine, leanrned that too! My husband has had one for 2 plus years...
Must go home and clean it!!!

Until my provider selected Fairway Medical for some medical equipment I had never heard of them. However, based on my experience I highly recommend them!

I experienced excellent service immediately from Bree’s initial call to set up my appointment.

Eddie was very helpful and throughly explained things to me during my appointment.

I needed to make a change to a piece of my equipment and because they have a 30-day guarantee they made it so simple. I called in and explained what I needed to Justin and he was very helpful and put the item aside so that when I stopped back in it was ready for me to pick up.
