Fall Creek is wonderful. Dr. Smith is great; he is personable, professional, and knowledgeable . He explains clearly the results of your examination , and allows for any questions you may have. There is no feeling of being rushed here. The staff, as well as the optical shop members, are friendly and helpful. Brandon started my initial vision testing, and then I saw Dr. Smith, and lastly, met with the very helpful young woman in Optical. I definitely recommend Fall Creek Vision!

We loved our experience here! My husband had an eye issue and they made time for him same day! I also went in for my annual exam and they were so professional and efficient. The staff was great and helpful and eye doctor was very kind and friendly. They did eye imaging and let us know that if insurance did not cover it they would not charge us. We are taking our three year old son too!

This was my first time at Fall Creek Vision Center and it was great! There was very little wait time and everyone there was kind. Picking out glasses was easy and the employee who helped me quickly identified what my insurance covered and pointed me to those glasses. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience. From my first meeting, scheduling appointment, reviewing the insurance, and coming back for my eye exam, the pleasantry of staff is extraordinary. The your, explanation of what was each process was again, outstanding. Dr Wagner, super friendly, ask many questions, explained what he saw, remedies and possible future indications of what may be.

So happy, the selection of glasses is great, the care of what you asked and wanted was listened to and provided. Couldn’t be happier.

This was my second visit. My first visit was to look over their eyeglass selection. This second visit was for eye exam today and to receive my fitting upon concluding my exam. From the minute I walked in the door, everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Kari Riina was prepared to see me, professionally examine me, fit me and check me out when the appointment concluded. Being friendly, courteous and yet professional were all encompassed during my time there. My appointment was at 8:00 a.m. and I was in and out in a timely manner and everything was explained during each step of my visit. This is exactly why my entire family chooses to utilize the services of Fall Creek Visionaries, LLC. The art of customer experience has been lost in this crazy world we currently live in - but not at this place of business!! A+++ Eye care center that I highly recommended! And NO I have not been paid for this endorsement!!! I was NOT asked to post this review either. Just a happy patron!!

Even though they are incredibly efficient in the eye examination process, It is obvious their goal is not just to “git ‘er done“ but to connect with their clients… How refreshing!

Fall Creek Vision is the BEST!! Dr Smith is so thorough and very personable! After my exam he even came out to show me glasses he thought I would like! Brandy always helps me find the right glasses. She figures out how I can use my insurance and gives me her professional opinion when picking out the best pair. I love going here!
