If you truly care about your loved ones, don't leave them in this dump. I signed my wife out after only 25 minutes of her being there and our family brought her home to physically rehab her ourselves. The bed had a broken frame, probably because it was 20+ years old along with every piece of equipment they have. The Social worker and nurse were complete jerks. There was old melted candy in the dresser and dust bunnies under the bed. This place should be shut down. Patients are human beings, not pay checks. Thank you for absolutely nothing Fall River Healthcare.

This facility is not appropriate for long-term care unless you are desperate. The nursing staff is well-intended but lack the appropriate resources to be effective. The patient furniture is extremely old, broken, and the common areas need attention to include their shower rooms water pressure is warm and the fixtures are old too. In addition, the owners should be fined and forced to update the building. The facility blue collar staff is predominantly non-English speaking such as janitorial and laundry staff which occasionally leads to underlying confusion. I noticed a lack of empathy from numerous professional staff members and overturn of rehiring Social Worker's and physical therapist.
Much improvement is needed but in due time I am confident it will happen with guidance from the Department of Health and Human Services inspections.

This is my second stay with F.R. Health. I was given a choice of 3 rehab centers and was happy to come back here again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The bad reviews I don't understand but everyone has an opinion. It is laid back. Clean. And will treat you like family as another review said. Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

This place is an absolute dump. The staff isn’t friendly at all. I have witnessed staff yell at the elderly and slam doors right in front of them. The place is dirty and have roaches in the rooms. If you can, do not send your loved one to this place.

I just got out of this place and I thought it was a trip. I'm being a little off-beat, but the staff was hilarious and kept me laughing through a fractured knee and ankle from a head on collision. The nurses and CNA's treated me like family and the entire staff from the receptionist to the physical therapist went the extra mile to treat me, once again, like family.

I tend to roll with the punches, so to speak but there wasn't anything to be afraid of here as far as physical safety was concerned. The staff was patient and understanding. Falls are always a concern, but not at this skilled joint. They were on their toes. I've read the reviews. They don't get enough credit. Loved them!

I am currently here now some of the CNA‘s and nurses are excellent and some of them are very lazy and very rude and do not care about helping you at all

My mother in law was a resident, she received good care while she was there, she got sick and sent to the hospital and she passed away before she could go back, I called to speak with social services, left a message for someone to call me in regards to her and noone called back, I called again this time was directed to the Director of nursing, left a detailed message of her passing and donated her clothing to the nursing home. she passed away on Sept. 22, 2023 and to this day noone has called me back to acknowledge my message, i find that to be very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst nursing home I have ever encountered.. Morning breakfast sitting in patients room until 12:00 pm, trash bags full clearly not emptied for a day or so, paint peeling, empty hand sanitizers on the wall. I wouldn’t send my dog there!
