My mother has been using Dr. Falla’s office for some time now, & all we have dealt with is problem after problem, first of all we never see the doctor it’s always the NP, when we call to get very important medication refilled the medication never gets refilled and we are constantly having to call back over and over, the staff unfortunately don’t speak fluent English so they can not understand or meet her needs correctly, we have made complaints and nothing has changed. This doctors office is a complete joke and seems like they serve to attend people who are of one culture primarily. It’s sad and pathetic! Next step is BBB!
