I have four kids ages 5, 3, 2, and 1, so I basically live at this office, and everyone is always so helpful and professional. Every provider is great. At times their schedule policy-healthy kids in the morning, and unhealthy kids in the afternoon is frustrating, but I get why they do it.

When our child was born, he had trouble with jaundice, and we had to go back to the hospital (45 minutes from home) three times for treatment. When Dr Parkinson found out how we’d been tossed around he “put the fear of god into them” (according to his nurse) to get us the help we needed right away. Since then I’ll trust these doctors with anything. They take continuing education classes, and their treatment is evidence based. We’ve loved working with Dr Lind and Dr O’Connell as well. We’ve recommended Falmouth Pediatrics to all our friends and they’ve had positive experiences as well.

We have 2 sons that are patients of Dr. Lind and Dr. Parkinson. I have nothing but great things to say about this office. In our 11yrs with them they have always taken the time to address anything we call or come in with. Everyone is warm, inviting, and listens to you/your child. After hours are just as responsive. I highly recommend this office!

All I can say is that we have lived in the area for under 1 year and this practice has single handedly made the transition of medical care for our (then 5 month old) incredibly easy, thorough, and complete. From the moment you walk in the door the front desk staff is so warm and welcoming. The nurses are exceptional (although my 10 month old has a little crush on Ms. Katie so we are a bit biased). The providers are so knowledgable and they make you feel so cared for. We have seen 3 of the providers so far and every single one is just as good! They take their time, they listen, provide their recommendations, and they remember your kid! If you want a place that is going to treat your child as if he/she were their own, go here. Period. My grandson had an appt at 10am for his 3 year old annual visit. I drove all the way from Boston and they won’t let us in bc he has a cold and cough! Come back in 2 1/2 hours they told me. Obviously they have no idea what it takes to entertain a three year for 2 1/2 hours. Nice if they called us and asked prior to visit so I
Didn’t have to drive 2 1/2 hours. Extremely disappointed and extremely frustrated 🤨😡

We have nothing but good things to say about this practice. Dr. Lind takes his time during appointments and answers all of your million questions without rushing you. He cares and it shows. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

The one star is not for how they care for their patients, but for how they handle records of patients after they move away from the area.
Our daughter moved with us to Plymouth in January of 2017 (1 year/8 months ago). Luckily we were able to get her into school and with loop holes and got her to a new doctor.
But now we moved to Somerset, and the schools are a bit more strict. Because Falmouth Pediactrics has never released/send her records to her new pediatrician, she cannot attend school come this Tuesday. And yes, we submitted the proper paperwork and such.
This is a crime as it is already tough for a child to attend a new school in a new town, and now she may end up walking in their later in the year making it that much tougher.
You all should be ashamed of yourselves. I am seriously considering contacting Boston 25 News about this at some point today.
