For the first time I have the unfortunate opportunity to take my daughter to Dr. Sibaja's office in Doral, sincerely the very kind and humane doctor, but the staff around her detract from the stars she had. We arrived on time for our appointment and the one who attended us at the front asked me for my daughter's name and begged immediately I'll attend to them, she continued with other patients. In short, she attended the front desk and at the same time the doctor's assistant. When the doctor entered, the doctor was very attentive, but in the laboratory she was not very kind, asking me for a record that I took from my husband to see a code for a laboratory. In a laboratory that does not know the codes that should be put in a doctor's order, it leaves a lot to think about. The voice of one of those who was at the front desk was heard, asking why did my daughter have to draw blood today if she had already done the labs for her annual checkup. They have no professional ethics. I do not recommend this office for your children.

Terrible phone etiquette! I called to see if they were accepting new patients and probably since I said it in english, she decided to hang up on me?! I guess my search continues for a general practice doctor.
