My first visit was 11/1/24. Before i joined i read enough bad reviews & good reviews. I also asked about all MDs. My PCP is Dr. Hannah Taylor. She is overall good doctor. She & i worked on PA collaboratively. I was a former attorney & i know enough about Medical RX behavior. I have talked to the hearing judge in case of denial. So as long as Taylor submits PA expeditiously i can handle after all. But on 11/6 i was not able to pick up my life time medicine Fleet Enema because it required PA. I can’t make bowel movement without it due to rectal dysfunction. I contacted the clinic 10x .. no one answered.. Medical RX called my behalf no one answered.. my pharmacist called .. no one answered. Is this clinic doing business? Finally SHRON ..i assume she is a nurse.. answered. I asked to send msg for PA because i need the medicine every day i am already run out of it. She kept saying it takes 14 days & no guarantee about approval. i replied not to worry about denial. I already requested expedited hearing to talk to judge. .. While talking she hung up on me 3X. then she assigned me to new PCP without my consent. New PCP emailed me to make an appointment. PCP is patient’s right. The clinic violated the code. i was so stressful because it is so hard to communicate doctors. Further, Taylor only ordered cholesterol & A1C not even glucose, which i emphasized during the consultation. I always do everything annually. I had to fast anyway & it is stressful to fast & go to lab with empty stomach. She has not responded me for 3 weeks.

This clinic.. no one answers phone.. patient portal is useful to send msg because we only can respond. Unless doctor send me msg we can’t initiate a communication.

** In order to deserve higher than 1star review Sharon needs to work on her attitude & behavior appropriate for health care provider. Doctors needs to be more efficient & responsive. I have no reason to stay. I already started looking for other clinic. I believe Dr. Yeri Park is working with Dr. Hannah Taylor.

Terrible service every time you call they have you waiting for even hours. Never have the courtesy to call back. Takes you weeks to get an appointment. They are quick to charge you a co-pay and it takes them about 45 minutes to 1 hour to get you in then another 30 to 40 minutes in the room to get seen by your supposed doctor. Always bill with other doctors name. When you ask why you are getting billed instead of your insurance they can’t explain the bill. They ask you to call number where there is never anyone answering.

Difficult to obtain Dr. appointment.
Medicine negligence. I’m diabetic and Dr hasn’t refilled my insulin because she didn’t have my lab work. They took blood out and Dr. had an emergency and cancelled my appointment. Receptionist said she can’t schedule me with another doctor because she can get in trouble yet I’m left with out treatment. Asked to speak to supervisor and she is out…I’ve been with out Medicine for almost a month. I will file an grievance and a complaint with Medical board for delay in treatment.

I was referred to this office back in November of last year and I called to make an appointment but the next available appointment was in March 2024 I had no other options so I accepted it. Yesterday I received a text message to confirm my appointment and a link for early check in and my appointment was again confirmed this morning before I arrived. I called to let them know I was a couple minutes late because I was lost and the front desk again asked me who my doctor was and I proceeded to let them know it was Alireza the woman on the phone said no problem I have 15 mins grace period. So when I arrived I went to check in and I was told that they called all of Alirezas patients to let them know he wasn’t going to be seeing patients today and the next available appointment would be until July. I politely declined and will be going to the emergency room. Staff needs proper training they’re playing with peoples health and lives at this point.

Love the doctor and staff. I have never had such a wonderful experience like I have had with doctor Maldonado. He cares and tells you like it is. I love love love my doctor. He will ask anything else concerns you? What other problems do you have. How do you feel. Sometimes I just write it all to remember.

Omg! If you need to schedule an appointment for your baby’s immunizations it’s best to WALK-IN PERSON! All ladies at the front desk refuse to pick up telephone calls. I had called them at least 4 times, and on one of those calls they just picked up and HANGED UP THE CALL!! I had to literally drive there in person while at the same time calling their offices for the 5th time, of course no one answered and upon my arrival at the medical offices Suite 230 was completely empty with no patients. FRONT DESK LADIES PLEASE DUE YOUR DILIGENCE AND ANSWER THE PHONES AS PART OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION! If you don’t like your job then look elsewhere! ——

Medically speaking, the doctors at the clinic really do care for the patients. However the office staff is subpart, meaning they're there but don't help much, some not all, have an attitude, calls don't get answered, phones ring and ring and nothing. Several occasions I've called, been placed on hold for 10, 20+ minutes just to be hung up on.
Call again just get back on the cue.
In more than one occasion I have driven to the office while on hold, with the call still on the cellphone, and the answer is they're busy, even though a couple of the people in the front desk are clearly not picking up the phone. Paperwork and bureaucracy are taking the best of this place. So sad...

I really hate this place. When you are 10 mins late they make you wait 3 hrs , but if you are on time they make you wait almost an hr. What is the point of making appt. If they arent gonna respect them. Also, everyone takes their lunch at once. Last time we were there we couldnt use the bathroom because everyone was out to lunch its ridiculous no one stays.
