The most unprofessional office I have been too. The front desk lady was ion her phone ignoring me. I showed up after my Grandson was in hospital for recheck. I was told they had no nurse she went to lunch I would have to wait an hour. I said my appointment was at 1. They said I am sorry she is gone. This has happened a few times. I will never step foot in that office again.

Unprofessional about people waiting time when they actually are here for the appointment on time they think you can wait a hour or two to be seen and you don't have any other obligations for that day. Instead of scheduling another appointment.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Other than that I was highly disappointed. I went to see about my weight and other health complications I had been having. The nurse practitioner was rude to me and the other nurse who administered my shots made fun of my weight. I would also see this nurse out in public and she would comment on my weight as if it were a joke.

The initial experience was great. Then the nurse practioner came in and rambled on and on and was very condescending and made assumptions without ever asking any real questions. I ended up storming out and having a full on loud argument with this man while he continued to run his mouth and be offensive and belittling.

Receptionist is rude and the physician is somewhat rude. He literally started talking about Trump during my appointment. I just think it's inappropriate to bring up politics during a doctor's appointment. Will probably go to the muscle shoals office next time. They are much nicer.
