If i can get no stars, I will. All the times that I have come here, the service was great. However, today will be the last time I'll come back here. I came into the Urgent Care hopefully to be in and out quickly. Yet, I was wrong. Came in. Check in at 8:15AM, and they happened to let all the people who check in after me get seen before me. I'm still waiting to be seen as I'm writing this post right now, and it is 9:45 AM! When I confronted the receptionist about the situation, she stated that it's the provider that is "pulling/calling patients in!" It confused me. Why even have a sign in list when you aren't going down the sign in list in order Are they choosing who they want to serve? Doesn't it make any sense!

This place is terrible! WAAAAA!!!
Firstly, they spelled my name wrong in their system on my first visit. This created a problem with my pharmacy, but whatever - it happens.
But then:
They changed the time of my next appointment without consulting with me to a time that I couldn't make it, and were like "I don't know what happened." I had to wait another 6 weeks. Frustrating and confusing, but decided to stick with them.
BUT THEN:
Got a call morning of the appointment saying my doctor cancelled it, "he's not in the clinic today." RAAAAAWRR!!! At this point I'm running out of a medication, my crap pharmacy is telling me "contact your doctor cuz he's not refilling it." I decided to wait another 4 weeks for the next appointment cuz it's faster than finding someone else
BUT THEN!!!!!
he cancelled again..AGAIN!! I don't get it. It's like this place doesn't want to see me. I would be stupid to stay with them after the way they've treated me. Don't go here!!! Stay away!!

A lady by the name “Patty” was so helpful with getting my sister’s appointment scheduled via telehealth! Our vehicle came down on us and left we were with no transportation. These appointments are important for us and not skipping them is vital for her health as she is on a ventilator! Patty truly left a positive impact on my sister’s care. I appreciate it so much!! Thank you Patty!!!

Dr. Diana Howard is the best doctor I’ve ever had. If you’re LGBTQ+, ask for her. I’ve never before had a doctor who not only cared about me but even understood me, like she does. She genuinely cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable about trans people, and gender affirming care is not just an option but also a priority with her. She even does a lot of volunteer advocacy work for the local trans community, which is how I learned about her. I’m so grateful to finally have a doctor like her. And the online health system and the on-site lab are all huge bonuses bc you can get bloodwork results the same day and view them online, and manage your appointments and message your Dr online, too.

Family Healthcare Network is worse than Camarena!!!! The first time I called I was desperate to get in for mental health care and reproductive care. I CANNOT GET ADEQUATE CARE FOR EITHER OF THESE ISSUES FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS! I got in with Dr Echaverry and we are starting medications but I CANT GET BACK IN TO SEE HIM! The antidepressants made things worse and when I called they couldn’t get me in. EVENTUALLY I was seen again and now we’re playing with antipsychotics and guess WHAT?! I CANT GET IN TO SEE MY DOCTOR!! I am in need of stability with a medical care provider and that is NOT what you get here! I came to this provider also immediately declaring ongoing ovarian pain, I had ovarian cysts during the last pregnancy I had over 3 years ago. I have told this to the provider as well and that has not been addressed. He keeps saying ok next time we’ll do that, BUT THERE NEVER IS A NEXT TIME. Each miserable appointment has to be for ONE thing but nobody shows up for work to get an appointment to even resolve one ailment at a time. Getting care for mental and behavioral health will drive you crazy. Nobody calls, and when you call and advocate for yourself the provider is overbooked, you can call and get in with someone random but that’s no good for referrals or actually working on anything. That’s only for general wellness checks, AND I NEED SPECIFIC AND DIRECT HELP!! People like myself in delicate situations really need help and do not deserve to be pushed off random doctors at your convenience. I can’t believe how neglected I’ve been at a time when my health has been so poor and clearly painful. I AM SPEAKING UP, I AM MAKING TIME FOR CHILDCARE, I AM DOING EVERYTHING I POSSIBLY CAN AND I NEED HELP, I KEEP SAYING I NEED HELP, I AM VERY CLEAR AT MY APPOINTMENTS THE AREAS IN WHICH I NEED HELP. I have been medically abandoned and neglected and WHAT AM I LEFT TO DO? WHAT OTHER OPTION DO I HAVE? Since becoming a mother I have had so many problems with my body and mind and I have been completely failed by the medical system. I am not ok, have not been ok, and you have that on file, on record, and you have been neglecting me. Camarena did NOTHING regarding my physical and mental health and now Family Healthcare Network is continuing to make it worse. I have medical anxiety from issues over the years and I really REALLY NEEDED THIS EXPERIENCE TO GO RIGHT, I needed goddamn help. Nobody helps me as a mother and my body and mind are degrading. I needed medical help. My ovaries are in pain and my mind and nerves are shot. The pain and torture does not stop for me. Remember that every time you can’t get someone in to see their own provider.

For a week we've been attempting to get a prescription filled by this office. When calling them on Wednesday they said they'd get it done. Today our pharmacy call them and it was denied. We called the office again and were told the prescribing Dr is out till Monday and they can't do anything about till then. This is a medication needed for my spouses serious lung disease. If I'm forced to have to take her back to the hospital because her condition worsens because she's out now I WILL be contacting an attorney and filing a medical malpractice against them.

Really bad service can't believe no one knows what ever is going on with appointments from Tulare county to Fresno that they schedule for patients to see certain specialist at those Family health care networks and they don't even call a week ahead to make sure the patients remember they're coming appointments and they don't even call a day before they're appointments It's just so sad especially when they are patients that are elderly or even patients that have a disability to also let their family members know about an appointment they have coming up. It's just so frustrating and ridiculous.

If I could, I would give -5. I had an appointment today at 9:30 , I got there at 9:20 and waited until 10:28 when i decided to leave. I waited at the exam room for several minutes, then I opened the door because it was getting hot. I was able to listen the Doctor talking about how Trump's Immigration Policies wont work and that he needed his mom to hurry up with his immigration process to come to the country etc.
If i wanted to hear about Politics I would have stayed home and watched the news instead of wasting my time and gas.There is a time and a place to talk about Politic and a clinic making your patients wait IS NOT. I even heard one of the ladies saying HANG ON followed by gigglies when i went back into the exam room and the Doctor saying yes and keep talking.
RESPECT your Patient's Time. It outrageous they are getting paid for doing things like this.
