Ok so.. in June I missed an appointment and I had called to reschedule for baby sitting reasons.
Now on august I missed an extraction appointment because I had few things going on with school starting etc. that’s not the point tho. I forgot to call to let them know this one time.
Apparently the doctor(dentist) is strict about people not showing up so now they won’t take me because of this.?!! Seriously mind you I didn’t even get a call few days before for an appointment reminder or anything like that. Obviously a call would of helped. Another thing is they always short on staff. I no longer recommend this place!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. First, they seem to be running a scam. I scheduled biyearly cleaning and the dentist wasn't there, on TWO separate occasions as they made two separate appointments since I have multiple kids (which is fine. I understand). They wanted me to schedule a dentist visit after the cleaning. So 4 yearly appointments for children with healthy kids!! Kids can't be out of school that much! They are double billing!! Beware!!

And when they called to confirm the receptionist called, hung up, called, hung up - 3Xs!! Never leaving a message. I was in a work meeting and was afraid it was an emergency. (Just came up Southbridge MA on my caller ID) Only someone in trouble does that!! When I answered, in a panic, I asked if she called me 3×s. She lied and said no. It is on my caller ID, same number. She was very rude. Never apologized!! I asked for the supervisor and she sent me to a voice mail.

I canceled all the double billed appointments and will never recommend them. Do not use!!

Showed up early for an emergency appointment was first told sorry we can't see you today because the regular doc didn't show up and the fill in was leaving. Then they said they would look at the bad tooth but then did nothing to fix it and I would have to make another appointment and come back. Somehow I don't think they realize that people have jobs and how much money they loose when they take time off for an appointment that doesn't happen.

Just stay away from. Not many places around MA I'll give 1 star to. I'd rather 0. Dentist himself is extremely impatient, rude, a bully. I'm sensitive to people touching my teeth. I tell him that and after he numbs me and starts work if i even so much as move my jaw half an inch closer to closing, he'd grab my lower jaw and essentially yank it back open.

Not to mention receptionist can be nice however if she gets a phone call about anything even personal matters, that's her priority every time I'd go there.

They also are clueless what they're doing. They didn't even fix one of my molars said just needed a filling, it's now in need of a root canal as it caused it to abscess. They also claimed to do a root canal on a front tooth. Took them 30 mins. Odd....so went to new dentist. They said they emptied out the tooth and just sealed it off. That means there's nothing behind what they covered up. Tbe tooth has to be packed with the filling materiel and these idiots, LEFT IT OPEN!

All around I've never seen a business next to Elder Bus run so awfully. If you go here, I'm sorry but find a better one. Anywhere but here.

Don't bother getting any dental work done here. They will destroy your teeth. You might as well pay your cousin to sanitize a hammer and have them do your dental work.

It’s sad to go to family health in Southbridge an sit there an listen to the lady in front desk complain about how much the phone rings an doesn’t even pick up it’s not like she’s been very busy with hardly patients in the office I feel like they need to get someone new to answer calls an give out information needed not say the sistem is down n it’s been a week already like how is that possible someone need to fire her

My daughter and I have had several visits and never had a bad experience. We both found the staff to be friendly and professional.
