I get unwanted texts from them every day at 8:03 am giving me health tips and how to manage my stress. There is no unsubscribe option. They come from the same number that my appointment reminders come from so I can't block them. I've called the Patient Portal Department and the Health Education department multiple times and told all of my providers. They have known about my wishes for weeks now. I even filed a complaint with an FCC but they keep waking me up and stressing me out with these tips. Even on Sundays.

Most of my interactions are with folx who seem underpaid & overworked. Providers don’t communicate across departments which makes for a very painful experience for patients. Patients should not have to be in the middle communicating for doctors. This place feels like the epitome of poor health care standards in America. Very sad because I know they are trying to help.

Refused to provide my lab results online or over phone. Only way I can get my results is to pay for a telehealth virtual appointment. I am livid.

Avoid this place - they are crooks and will buckle and dime you just to provide basic services. Why would you charge me $31 for my first appointment and then NEVER TELL ME I need to make another $31 appointment to receive the results.

This is disgusting!!!! Also the “nurse” I had didn’t listen to me at all, he actually tried to convince me AWAY from doing tests I was specifically asking for! Listen to your patients!

I have to say I really liked my doctor I was assigned here, her name was Kelly and she was phenomenal, but the effectiveness of the office staff makes it impossible to have a good experience.

I was assigned an SSRI which is something you cannot stop taking cold Turkey and when I ran out I was told I had to wait 72hrs for my doctor to get back to me. The message was never sent. So I had to call back and have the message resent. The nurses I was dealing with, and I dealt with several, didn't seem like they cared at all.

To be told several times someone will get back to you and to not be heard back from when you've run out of a medication that can cause suicidal thoughts is just too outrageous of a mistake to be made by not one but two different staff members.

If anyone would have at least pretended to care about me needing such a vital medication I wouldn't have left this review but it was pretty mind blowing. I had to find out from a friend that your pharmacy can distribute emergency medications for a week if this happens to anyone else so use that route and talk to your pharmacist. This place was terrible about it.

Update 10/24/23: A manager at the offices reached out to me after learning about my situation and I have to say she really made me feel so much better about this practice.

They understood they dropped the ball and we talked for almost an hour on ways they can better their systems and processes to help their patients. I was very impressed with their follow up so I updated my review. Thank you guys for caring about your patients!

I used to get ok care here. Not the best doctors but can usually get decent primary care. However getting a good specialist or referral is very hard. I was referred to gynecology and it took almost a year to get in just to have the doctor walk in and say she only has 15 mins other people are waiting. To have most of my issues dismissed and spoken to very disrespectful. I've never had a worst doctor Makes me think to switch my provider. If you are referred to Lisa Lipchitz in gynecology please run. This doctor shouldn't be practicing. I also have too many issues getting medication needed and getting ahold of someone. Very frustrating

This place is terrible. I can’t even note how many times my appointment has been cancelled without my knowing. They always say ‘we contacted you’. No they do not. I have rescheduled my psychiatrist appointment twice and both times they didn’t even contact me, they just said “oh the Dr. isn’t even in today” This is my mental health and should be taken seriously. I’ve rescheduled once and the next appointment wasn’t even until a month later and no one contacted me. I’m so sick of this place and how unprofessional it is. No one knows anything and just keeps transferring you to the next person. I will be filing a complaint and changing clinics. They are rude and say they’re doing their job when they are not. Do not go here.
