I called to make an appointment to get my animal registered as a emotional support animal and the lady on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and she told me the other receptionist there told her to tell me that I had to get my animal registered as a service animal before they could register it as an emotional support animal. Which why would you get your animal registered as an emotional support animal if they’re already a service animal? Having a trained animal to be of service is thousands of dollars they clearly don’t know the difference between a service animal and emotional support animal. The lady on the phone was immature and rude. When I told her the difference between a service animal and emotional support animal she laughed, absolutely ridiculous! They should get someone that is mature and grown to answer the phones, not whiny, giggly little girls who sound like she is still in middle school, not even mature enough to hold a professional conversation, maybe someone who knows what they’re talking about and how to answer a simple question. The girl couldn’t have held an IQ score higher than a 47, Why would you have a completely oblivious person answering the telephone for your business? What a joke! I called 5/6/24 at 9:20 am

Rude receptionists. Needed to get my daughter's vaccinated since they haven't received it and there's someone very sick in the house. Was told from someone that their website said they did vaccinations. Well they don't. And their new patient application is ridiculous. Never had to go through filling out that kind of stuff to get my daughter's taken care of. If you don't agree to the narcotic part of it, they can terminate your care. What bull is that. If your one minute late past your 5 minute grace period. Don't show up. Things happen.

To me, im his poa and fighting for him. As far as my bf having his diabetes tended to properly, no! For 3 weeks he has went through a living hell, metaformin should be banned, he's had chills, vomited, weak, tired, etc...as of the 24 I advised him to stop taking it. Metaformin stays in your system a month anyhow. He needs to be in the hospital! Seriously Your clinic is state owned and the ADA act law protects disabled patients. Better get used

Have been dealing with back issues. You would think Dr. Green would have ordered Xrays. No, had to go to ER. Finally given x-ray. My L4 and L5 are crushed together. Now I could have had some relief by now. Treated like a 2nd class citizen. Really after 6 weeks of pain and not a damb6thing done about it.
