Anything involving the word "FAMILY" should have a family vibe, a receptionist with a pleasant attitude; neither was displayed during my visit at this establishment. The term establishment is too professional for this place when all that was missing was the receptionist getting used gum from behind the ear to smack ( already had that going on; while on an obvious personal phone call) and a lobby full of people waiting ( alive and dead).. Actually the lobby was empty and blaring AL Green ; more like a night club than anything you would feel comfortable bringing small children to. Lastly, the most important part of the visit is me telling the receptionist I was experiencing a medical emergency and needed to see a doctor for her to tell me to have a seat in the empty lobby; too engaged in her personal phone call to even give me the paperwork to initiate the process. Reminding me of movies showing the lazy receptionist never looking up just telling you to take a number and have a seat while you're holding your own head in your hands. Just for me to walk across the street and get the paperwork and an appointment in less than 5 minutes. The receptionist is the first person who greets prospective clients and this place needs to reevaluate their current choice because at this rate the next review may include a baby got back music video and a lawsuit. I never had a bad experience when I go to Family Health Clinic in Union Springs, Alabama. The receptionist always go above and beyond to help anyone,I have been a patient for over 4 yrs .Mrs.Holder and her staff are amazing people. People worrying about the music it's has nothing to do with your treatment you getting.
