I originally went in with an infection and was seen by Brian Stow. He was very sentimental about my situation and my mental health from the get go. In order to seek further help due to my declining mental health, they appointed me over to Scott Bowen. My experience with doctor Scott Bowen was bad from the beginning. He made me feel very uncomfortable whenever he entered the room, proceeded to refer to me as she/her pronouns when I clearly stated I prefer going by he/him. Not only that, he had the nerve to ask me why I wanted to transition. I shouldn’t have to explain a personal choice about my identity that has nothing to do with what I am being seen for. On the second visit with Dr. Bowen, I told him the antidepressant medication was helping me but I wanted to try it on a higher dosage. However, I advised him that I might not be able to set up an appointment soon since my work shift was changing and I was not sure when I’d be available. He said he understood, so I figured I’d get at least a 2-3 months prescription for the 20mg. When I received the medication I received only 1 month, and my pharmacy even mentioned from the get-go of receiving these pills that they were trying to get Bowen to prescribe me with more refills but he would never get back to them. As my 20mg bottle got halfway, I reached out to my pharmacist, to Bowen via the Harlow app/website, and even called MULTIPLE TIMES. Not one ever bothered reaching back to me. Not until today my fiancé got through to them, and they claimed they have been trying to contact me several times. All a lie. They have my phone number, email, & are capable of texting me or sending a message via the Healow app too. But they failed to do so.

I am leaving this warning here for future patients of Dr. Bowen because he generally does not care about your mental health. I have been suffering through withdrawals and already cut myself twice since I’ve been off the pills. When my fiancé called he even said it was a mental health emergency: he told them I needed the medication ASAP. Instead, they tried to schedule me an appointment 8 DAYS FROM TODAY and proceeded to tell him that “the dr needs to see me before he can prescribe me another refill.” Which I now know it’s because each visit cost me $125 so at this point he’s taking advantage of my mental state to get more money.

PLEASE BE WARNED IF YOU COME HERE SEEKING ASSISTANCE FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH!! Dr. Bowen does not care about your mental health, and you will be treated poorly.

I believe that the receptionist here needs to be more polite to patients who are calling in for appointments and to those checking in. On several occasions my son, my fiance and myself have had to deal with rude receptionists. My son forgets to schedule appointments to refill his medicine and the thing is it's very unpleasant to deal with when he's not feeling well.. I have dealt with it myself. It's not fair for anyone to deal with being disrespected especially if they are not feeling well.

I absolutely adore Dr. Sheri, she is thorough, listens and is simply more helpful than specialists I've seen. I drive all the way from Exeter to see her because she's that good. The staff is kind and professional and I never have to wait long to get in.

The PA's are friendly and efficient. Walk in care is available and sometimes you have to wait a while, but overall good service. There were issues in the past but current personnel are efficient and definitely fill the need. Appointment times are reasonable.

We love this clinic everyone is family friendly they’ll get you in a room in and out quickly the Dr is so sweet and amazing I love how she explains the condition your going through my boyfriend and I love her 10/10 I’ll rate this office.

I've been through a lot of doctors and never seem to get the help that I needed but this doctor here he is so committed to her patients he will help you in any way that she, she understands, she listens and she helps, her staff is just as nice understanding very polite very clean and very patient.

If you wanna die sure come here! They’ll have you sit in the waiting room for over an hour and probably see you for 3 mins max prescribe you with something and toss you out.
Horrible place, nasty waiting room, avoid this place!!! You have been warned!!
