I have been with Leominster Family Medical for over 10 years. They have always addressed any concerns I have had. They really show how much they care at every visit.

One way they show how much they care about their patients is whenever I call the nurse when I am sick or have concerns about my health I get a call back same day. Not hours later.

I can be very nervous at times and they will talk me thru it. They listen to their patients.

One thing that means a lot to me is how friendly they all are. From the first moment you walk in to check in. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling. They don’t make you wait. It takes the whole team to make this a great place.

If you want great care and people that treat their patients right. This is the place for you. I have switched dentists and podiatrist to be closer to where it live, but I will never switch My PCP office. The care I get is well worth the drive.

I met Dr. Tracey when she was a residential doctor at Burbank back in 1997 and after that I followed her wherever she went.

When she opened her own practice I was so happy for her! She has delivered 3 out of 4 children, their pictures are still on her walls. She was amazing to myself and my children.

Recently my health insurance changed policies and affiliates, so since UMASS wouldn't sign an agreement with my insurance company I had no choice but to change my provider. Leaving FMMC was hard! I moved to Orange 3 years ago and I wouldn't change my Dr's office.

I will miss everyone there. Dr. Tracey, Rebecca, Carolyn, the other staff including front desk staff, and I'm so glad I was able to meet Priscilla before I left in December. I'll miss you'll always! If my insurance gets accepted there again I will be back!

I have been going to FMMC for over 20 years. Both my kids were delivered by Dr. Tracey. All the staff are awesome. My favorite provider is Rebecca Johnston for numerous reasons but the top being her warmth and caring attitude.

Family medical is the best. I’ve been going to them since I was 14 and I’m now 26. I have been seeing Becky and she always listens to me and makes me feel heard. The other medical staff are great and are always fast with putting in my prescriptions. Highly recommend.

We have been coming to FMMC for almost 11 years and love it. They listen to you when you have concerns, sick and are wonderful during physicals. We have seen Megan Cali for 6 years and she is simply amazing. We love our FMMC family

Been with them now for over 24 years and two pregnancies. Always friendly and understanding. Never made me feel like my health concerns were invaild. Sadly their not doing maternity care any more, but nevertheless good care overall.

I have been very fortunate to have been assigned to Dr. Holly Mazur, as my previous PCP left the practice. Dr. Mazur has been incredibly thorough, kind, and patient in my few meetings with her, and proactive with my health care.
