I called to let Adapt Health know we no longer needed the hospital bed.(thank goodness). Within a hour a young man was at our house to get it. Jackson was absolutely so nice. Very professional and had the best manners. Thank you so much for making this an easy experience during this time.

Poor customer relations! Each time I call the number it goes to the place where you reorder your supplies. Can’t get the Goldsboro store to answer the phone (yes they were open). Then when I finally get to speak with someone, I am told I do not have prescription on file. The doctor has to send it over. I call my doctor’s office and I am told they have sent it over twice. In the mean time I am sitting here still not being able to get my supplies. It seems neither Family Supply nor my Doctor’s office can get together,. Leaving the patient still waiting. Fighting this for over a week, NO HELP!

My daughter needed a new enteral pump and they delivered it quick and called to verify that they were there to drop it off. She suffered an HIE brain injury that left her completely disabled, but they came through with flying colors. So incredibly grateful to everyone who made this possible.

Robert was so kind, and the company is outstanding. Always excellent customer service, whether it's on phone, in store, or in person. The service never changes. Well, first of all, it was extremely fast. I got home yesterday and everything showed up today. The man was very nice who delivered it was all put together. All I have to do is put it where it needs to go super nice quick service.

Patricia was amazing. I feel she went the extra mile to ensure that my dad’s hospital discharge report gave the information needed for the equipment required at home. She called the hospital and talked to the case manager to ensure things were handled correctly. She called me twice to let me know the status of things and made sure I was updated prior to the business closing time. After a very difficult week of my elderly father being hospitalized for 10 days she made a challenge much less challenging.

Usually this place is nice and reliable but something has changed.
Today I drove my mother from Kinston all the way to Goldsboro. The lady that we needed to speak to did not even have the decency to come and speak to us but instead of used the receptionist as the middleman. The end solution ended up as a wasted trip so her mask remains unfitted.

The staff is very knowledgeable. They walked us through each step and answered any questions we had. They care about their patients and made sure we understood the correct way to use cpap effectly. The instructor was very nice and presented info in a way we all could understand.
