My elderly grandma visited town for a week and being able to rent a wheelchair for her visit made the trip so much easier and more fun for her! The pickup and drop off process were easy and 3/4 of the staff were incredibly helpful! After a mix-up that resulted in me being over billed, Jasmine thought not listening to me and arguing was a good way to go about it. Thankfully, Stephen was there to get the issues resolved quickly regardless!

I have only wonderful things to say about this company! They are pleasant about any questions I have had and super fast to get my Mom her oxygen! I never have to worry anything when dealing with them and the service crew is amazing! Top notch company!!! Many thanks!!!

This company has been nothing but great! They have been patient with me calling constantly to see if my rehab place sent them the right forms lol. They were waiting on the right forms but still sent me my wheelchair bc I needed it so bad. Then I couldn’t get the elevated legs to go out far enough for my legs so they came out on a Saturday to fix the issue! Who does that anymore?!?!!! Both times I had Lee helping me get the wheelchair and then fix the issue with the legs. He was absolutely wonderful. B he was nice, patient and understanding! I would do business with them anytime!!!! Thanks for making my injury less of a hassle bc mine journey has been nothing but horrible! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When dealing with most medical supply companies, it has always taken forever to get things ordered and then delivered. That is not the case with Adapthealth. When the nurse places an order, it is always there the same day. In fact, one time the nurse was on the phone placing an order and when she hung up, the delivery was already in our driveway. It was like Magic. Also, every single individual we have dealt with has been so friendly and accommodating, and willing to do anything they could do to help! Will never use anyone else.

Very quick and very professional. I would recommend the Wilmington, NC location for any and all your home medical equipment needs. I would strongly advise to stay away from the Shallotte, NC location all together. The management and front staff are very rude and condescending towards customers and very argumentative and unprofessional.
