I have been going to Family Medicine for over 20 years. My main provider that I loved left with no notice. I stayed with the practice because I was comfortable. I received a new provider Dr Lee and worked with her. After many years continuing my prescriptions, I said I may need a different script for my depression. She mentioned that I could see a psychiatrist I said I would not want to do that. She said it was up to me. Many months later when I let them know I had a different insurance. She informed me via portal that I only had one more month that she would approve. This came out of nowhere, I felt betrayed….. I will now look for a Dr that cares about me like my previose Dr Peterson,. I had recommended my whole family to this practice and no longer wish to be apart of it. I was willing to travel an hour to get to , but I am so incredibly disappointed with the care I got. Also that I was lied to by the provider Dr Lee.

This doctor's office no longer takes my insurance. I guess I understand that because my insurance doesn't pay as much as all the other. I am not pleased because they did not call me to tell me they don't accept my insurance and they sent me a confirmation text the day before.
When I arrived they had a salesperson at the front desk whom they entertained for about 10 minutes while I waited for my appointment. Then they said they had left me a message and called me. I don't appreciate being lied to and I don't appreciate wasting my time. There was no message on my machine. Very frustrating.

Ever since becoming a patient at the S. Attleboro location, my doctor has constantly been switched, showing a huge turnover, I was moved to the N. Attleboro location for a new provider, who I never even met, then received another email she left and I need to switch providers again, and NOW to top it all off I get a notice that they just decided to no longer accept my insurance and I quote "If you want to keep going here, you need to change insurance" HAHAH like that is super easy and convenient to do right? As is finding yet another NEW doctor is super easy as well? UNBELIEVABLE. This is exactly why urgent care's are taking over. Deeply saddened at my entire experience.

I have been going here for about 4 to 5 years now. I went initially for a serious issue that has since come back. They have lost all record of what meds I was on and the issue that was well documented for a few years. My doctor has changed multiple times and I am officially done. The turnover rate is alarming and the doctors couldn’t call in a script correctly to the pharmacy. Save yourself some time and go someplace else.

What poor customer service! My deaf mother needed help accessing her portal. She had visited several times with no success, so I went with her today at 9:15am. I could tell the receptionist was the same one my mother had trouble with by the eye-roll from behind the desk when we walked in. (Really)
It didn't get better... slouched in her chair, elbow on the desk with her chin in her hand, speaking through her fingers, giving us side-eye from her monitor. I reminded her my mother was DEAF. She needed to read lips. People placed in customer-facing roles should FACE the customer, shouldn't they? Not rocket science, this.
We returned to the seating area twice to try logging on. In between, I heard firsthand how dismissive she was to other people. One woman's English was poor, a fact the receptionist reminded her of by repeatedly interrupting and telling her, "I don't understand what you're saying." She wasn't that hard to understand. Just a speck of empathetic effort is all that was needed.
Is this what it has come to? That receptionist was nearly my mother's age. I thought that their generation was taught how to treat people better.

If you could give A0I would give a 0 stars I used to never have a problem here. My provider all of a sudden is always booked, I can never get in with her probably because she is the best hair Becky. Gallagher is
awesome. The rest of the staff. Horrible office staff. Horrible they sit joke around. Take long they have you waiting in line for ten minutes to check in Then you're stuck waiting another 10 minutes to get called to the back. Then the medical assistance do everything and then it's another 20 to 30 before a Doctor walks in ridiculous, especially when you have children.
So so a thirty minute appointment takes an hour and thirty minutes

I continue to get emails and texts over a 30 dollar bill. I spoke with the office lady 8 months ago. She was incredibly rude and I terminated the call because she didn’t seem to want to talk to people that day. Trust me, I want to pay my bill. Have a human being call me; not an automated robot. Additionally, your notifications are obnoxious. I get it, you’re chasing 30 dollars, trust me….I definitely get it. I do financial transactions with humans.

Website says welcoming new patients. I called and said I was looking to establish my PCP there. Someone put me on hold for 7 minutes, then the Referral Line voicemail played. I hung up and called back. Someone else answered and told me they're not accepting any new patients. Before I could say anything, she hung up. I guess I'm glad to know now before I establish with them and have medical concern if this is how they handle incoming calls.
