Doctor o brein should get her license revoked, not only is she unprofessional in the way she treats her patients, but as well as how she bullys and makes fun of her patients, she doesn’t actually even give you helpfull treatmeant, you have to go through all of these loopholes, has these strict unrealistic weight goals, if your diabetic its worse, all this unnecessary medication, that only worsens your diabetes. The nurses are just as worse as obrein, miserable, unhealthy and as unfit, rude and lazy. Ive talked to some patients while at the office and many have the same issue, doctor o brien will bully them for their weight rather then the actual health problems they have, or they wont get the proper medicine treatment so they have to refer to a new doctor. check the other reviews, im not the only one who feels this way. something needs to be done about this facility. Now.

Worst place ever. My mom went there due to horrid pain it took a while cus she just had gotten approved for iehp. She came out having diabetes and etc. told my mom she needed to weigh 130 pounds. She has never weighed so low not even when she was young and she was fit. She explained this to doctor O’Brien she literally stood up next to her saying if you are shorter than me do you think you should be weighing 190 pounds ? I was in shock.. horrible doctor

This Dr. (Dr. obrien) is one of the practitioners I’m complaining about in this review i left on their other website “Dr.Kolli”.
Dr O’Brien practices under Dr. kolli at Dr. Kolli’s clinic located at 1600 E Florida. She is who I’m referring to who asked me what i did for work, as to imply i was only seeking treatment to get a social security check..A check i already get. I was there seeking actual treatment. This Dr should lose her license to practice medicine because of her crude mistreatment of Black Autistic women. And by the looks of these other reviews here, i think others would agree with me.
Here’s my review..
** I’m a new patient of Dr koli’s offices and a new resident of Hemet and I will never go back to dr koli’s offices, neither of them. I had been experiencing the last few years of hardship since Covid, which caused me to move around quite a bit, I’m permanently disabled with no family, I grew up in foster care but I aged out of the system. Im retired from government work, never been on drugs or arrested in my LIFE! These two practitioners from dr kolis office treated me like i was either only there for narcotics, which I didn’t ask for because I’ve never taken them, I’ve had gastric bypass 21 years ago and almost died from malnutrition and losing too much weight after having my surgery, so now I see alot of doctors to keep me naturally healthy, especially since both of my birth parents died from a form of cancer. I’m very diligent with my health care. I’m also a certified holistic wellness coach and i understand the necessity of taking care of my body now that I’m about to be 50. These two white women treated me like black trash who was only looking for a check from social security and when she (Dr.O’Brien) asked me what i did for work, i told her i was disabled and medically retired on social security, she was shocked!! I instantly knew she was shocked because both offices were treating me like i only wanted all that care for either narcotics or to get social security, but not because im sickly and trying to take care of myself. I’m disgusted and i never want to go back. Do NOT go to this doctor if you are disabled or black. I wouldn’t have given it one star but Google reviews made me select at least one star in order to leave this review. I plan to report them to the better business bureau for mistreatment and unethical treatment of their patients.

Not recommending this clinic (I'll rate 0 stars if I could). Scheduled the appointment months ago, but we only got a confirmation call on the day before the appointment to confirm our insurance details. They do not accept our insurance. Not sure what changed on their end because they've accepted a patient that referred me to them before with the same insurance and we got referred to this clinic by her. In the end, our months of waiting for an appointment just got trashed/cancelled. Stay away from this clinic if you can. Not a great clinic to do business with.

My Grandma and myself go to this place. They were okay a few years ago but now they are horrible.
Nurses and the receptionist are so rude over the phone and in person. They seem like they don't want to work or even put an effort into assisting patients. Terrible customer service!!
The doctor is also inefficient and doesn't recommend anything.
I am currently looking to switch to a different primary doctor for myself and my Grandma.

Dr Katharine O'Brien is a wonderful doctor. Very informative, helpful. She expects you to be a willing partner in taking care of your health, your body. Doesn't just prescribe medicine and send you on your way. She takes the time to explain what could be wrong and why she thinks a certain medicine will help. I've been seeing her for a few years now. Her office staff could be improved

She wouldn't see me when I had an emergency I waited 3 days and ended up in the ER. She has on more than one occasion denied my blood pressure medication. She has a terrible bedside manner and the ladies in the office are just as bad. Worst care I've ever received. She doesn't diagnose you, she sends you out to specialists. I had to change Dr.s. worst experience with a Dr. I have ever had. She actually had me released from her care without making sure I had the necessary medications to make it until my next Dr. appt. What kind of Dr. does this Didn't she take an oath She's lucky I gave her a star at all.

Could be cleaner but the doctors and nurses are nice. Was seated in a room with toenails on the ground today… plus my appointment was 11:15, showed up at 11, didn’t get to see the doctor yet and it’s already noon. I can’t keep coming to the doctors because every doctor does this. My ride can’t wait 1.5 hours for my 15 minutes appointment to just get paperwork
