Went in to ask for referrals for swollen joints and a shoulder that frequently dislocated and was referred to a cardiologist.
I live out of town and work outside daily building and maintaining cabins vehicles and 3 dogs...I was told by doc I need to exercise more often...at least that's what we determined she wrote down. Can't even read her writing.
I wouldn't recommend this lady to anyone at all.

being a veteran i have visited several primary care providers. some are unable to deal with any type of disagreement or frustration. they simply exiled me and refused to treat me. this office has been very nice to me, and the Dr. seems very competent. i have had no problems, and the nurse drew blood very expertly. it's difficult to find good help. i like this office.

Prompt appointments, knowledgeable physician. Yes one of the receptionists is a bit terse, but I have not found her to be as rude as others claim. The doc performs actual diagnostics instead of just asking "how you feel". This is the only primary care provider that I have been satisfied with in my adult life.

Dr freeman was fantastic, the visit itself was great-friendly staff, nurse. Took great care of me. Giving 2 stars purely for one of the receptionists who answered my phone call. (First woman I spoke to was wonderful) One of the most condescending human beings I have had the displeasure of talking to. Interrupted me several times, and despite me trying to remain respectful and polite, spoke to me in an incredibly rude tone. All for just trying to get a script refilled! I see i am not the only one with complaints about her phone manners. It’s costing you patient trust and creating a hostile environment. Please address it.

The receptionists are rude and condescending. The NP didn't care about my medical data from other doctors when she heard they were in Texas. Either they or the lab messed up my bloodwork and I was send to the emergency room, turns out for nothing. Nobody bothered to redo my labs after I called them to tell them I'm fine. They never called me back. Guess I'm too young to be a patient there, I'm 36. Everybody in that office is over 50.

Worst experience ever! The practitioner I saw for a neurologist referral REFUSED to send me to any of the neurologist I requested to see covered under my insurance. After a bad experience with the only neurologist she would send me to (Sponsler) she refused to give me a new the referral that I desperately need. This office is a joke and I will be establishing a new doctor at a new facility! I have already sent a formal complaint to the State Board.

Front staff (Pat the receptionist) is incredibly rude. Horrible customer service! Can't be bothered to help patients, only listens to part of what you say. So unfortunate because Dr. Freeman was very friendly.
