I literally have never had a more awful experience than at this clinic. I have been seen here 4 times, and 3 out of the 4 times I have had to wait an hour or more OVER my scheduled appointment time. There is a receptionist there who does not know how to treat people. Why she’s working in a clinic with sick and scared people, I’ll never understand. She needs to be reviewed, and fired if you ask me. She gave me attitude for asking why I needed to come in to get a refill on a prescription I’ve been taking for several years. This is a new clinic I’ve been going to, but I’ve never had to go be seen to to get a refill on a prescription that I’ve been taking for a while, usually a phone call will do. She said it’s a new policy that they’re enforcing and when I asked why patients weren’t notified, she couldn’t answer, just kept telling me the same thing. I had to beg for a weeks worth of a refill just till I could make a scheduled appointment. I work and have 2 small children and can’t just drop everything, I plan things out. I also watched her speak to an elderly man very unkind last time I was there. He was going through the cabinets, which he’s not supposed to but it’s the WAY she speaks to people. She had said something to him and he asked “I’m sorry is there a problem or something?” Her response “well yeah, you don’t need to be going through the cabinets. You need to go and sit down and wait for your doctor.” Just ugly and nasty. I really urge this clinic to get this lady under review. I’m holding back her name for the sake of her privacy but all I’m saying is, if you don’t HAVE to go to this clinic, just don’t. I’m in the middle of finding a new doctor with kind people working with them, which is the only reason I still go to this clinic. But I go as minimal as possible. Just be aware, and stay clear.

I have PTSD from a past trauma. I was desperate for help and scheduled an appointment with Carrie. From reception to my nurse and Carrie, I could not have had a more supportive, kind, gentle, understanding and compassionate care. This allowed me to be very open and honest with them, which in turn gives me the best care possible. I can’t speak highly enough. I’m so extremely grateful for each staff member that I had part in my care.

I've been a long time Lake in McHenry resident moved away for 15 years to Arizona. The first four visits to this medical practice was positive. But people don't understand when you're a patient you have to be your own advocate also. I meant with two different nurse practitioners who listen to my complaints and understood my needs I do agree the Antioch front desk needs a little overhauling. But the care and service I received was excellent.

Very unorganized. I usually go to the Richmond clinic and I made the huge mistake in going to Anoich. My appointment was at 10:15 am i got there at 9:45 am. Then I started noticing that people that came in AFTER me where being called in before me. Around 5 patients. I went to the front desk to ask why, the receptionist looked at me and apologized. Asked the girl in the back to call me immediately. I go in and it was already 11:45 am and no sign of the doctor. I left. Wasted my time.

I had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen when I scheduled an appointment for the morning after needing to fast. The staff were faxed orders from my doctor and they claimed it never went through. Very frustrating and I would not recommend this place.

Came in to be seen for this cough that is lingering and keeping me from sleep for days. The provider came in asked me what was wrong and sent antibiotics to pharmacy nothing to help with my cough at all just offered more pills that don’t work. She DIDN’T EVEN EXAMINE ME AT ALL. Didn’t listen to my breathing or lungs, nothing. Didn’t look at my throat which is swollen two times normal. I’ve never seen that before. They literally just go in listen to what symptoms you tell them and base care off that alone. I honestly don’t know how they are still operating when they just push so many patients onto these doctors that they don’t even really practice medicine. Just get you in and out fast as possible for the money. Btw i have no clue what the anti biotic she gave me is actually treating.

The doctors are extremely kind and make sure they take the time needed to answer all your questions and make sure everything is addressed! I see a lot of bad reviews about the long wait times, but it’s worth the wait to get the level of care given to you!

The time management of this is a massive joke. Waiting 45 minutes plus for a scheduled appointment is not ok. If it was the other way around the appointment would be canceled and be charged for a no show?! How is this ok?
