Just got off the phone with the rudest person when I told her I just got in a car accident. I was just trying to get an appointment and she was giving me attitude bc they close in 30min. Like I understand and I was being nice and giving the information needed. But she didn’t even seem like she wanted to be on the phone with me. I’m already in pain physically and mentally. this customer service for what is supposed to be a welcoming and helpful was far from that. Pls give whoever I spoke to some training on how to talk to people in crisis because that was not okay. Show some empathy with the field that you work in.

I called to set up an appointment for ADHD. The appointment was made, and then canceled on two separate occasions. Both times i told the receptionist why i wanted an appointment. I took off work early to be seen, and was told by DR. Sandhu that she could not help me and referred me to a different doctor. I was told that it was a scheduling issue and I should have been told to book with a different doctor. Never in my life have I had such a spectacular waste of an afternoon. Dr. Bajwa was my PCP and she, herself is great. Really cares about her patients, fairly easy to get an apt with and is good doctor.

However, that’s where the good ends, her office staff is deplorable. Rude, drop the ball EVERY step of the way. Also, Dr. B & her staff don’t communicate w/ each other at all. Frankly, they aren’t remotely concerned about actually helping the patients. I’m an RN-if I ever screwed up as much as they have, I wouldn’t have a job. Just to get 1 referral has taken over 2 months. I’m switching providers unfortunately. Hopefully they make some changes so this frustration and headache doesn’t happen to other people just to get the care that they need and are paying for.

I met with Dr. Reza to establish Dr. Reza as my primary physician. What a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the check in staff were wonderful. The assistant for Dr. Reza was great. Also, as an elderly person, (anyone older can understand after not being to a doctor in awhile, you are a bit nervous). Dr. Reza took time explaining and talking with me about my concerns. I was very appreciative of Dr. Reza's time.

This was my initial visit to Mercy Medical Group, Dignity Health. Dr. Reza was outstanding. He took time with my concerns and listened carefully. I was very impressed with the check in at the front desk, the nurse who checked my blood pressure and weight, and with the Doctor.

Suspended my patient's medical services because he had an issue. He was loud and upset. He has behavior problems, obviously that's why he's there. You took away his doctor. You took away the entirety of his medical help for an unjustified reason. He has tourettes, has an upset, then you ruin his medical? Truly unethical and fallacious practices here. This will be further noted in the media and will not be tolerated. Abuse of power and ostracizing those who need assistance. I would not recommend this place for anyone who has behavior issues, anger issues, tourette syndrome, and any other behaviors that might startle those who do not understand people who cannot control their behaviors. Discrimination to the disabled, you'd think these "professionals" would have experience working with these types of issues. Instead they complicated my patient's life, he is already disabled, now he doesn't have medical for a while. His doctor was even suprised. As a medical worker, I'm truly and deeply disappointed with the lack of human concern and the finer impacts that were not evaluated before cutting services. Even an appeal was rejected. Shows they have no tolerance nor acceptance for a place that's about "helping" people. They do not care about help. They just squeezed into this position without deep thought and awareness.
