Was very happy with my appt. My provider Kathleen is awesome she always shows concern and compassion for my wellbeing. The MA Yvette was very nice and helpful, she looked very professional and organized with all that the provider requested for my care. Over all experience was great.

First and foremost I love Pam she’s great. But why would you pull all of your workers for a meeting in the middle of the afternoon no one was at the window there was a lobby full of people and after I got my paperwork done the meeting continued for a hot minute. If your going to have a meeting do it before opening or at closing or do your staff a favor and just make it an email

polite service, Dr Galindo very professional, takes her time with you and ask questions and explains in detail regarding my health. I have one issue and don't understand why when I go into the clinic and tried to make a payment the young lady told me she can't take payments. I owe $25. and wanted to have my account updated but she couldn't do it. Said the system doesn't allow for her accept payments. found that to be very strange.

This is a great clinic. The front office staff and medical assistants are all very helpful and schedule appts in a timely manner. Yes it was nice meeting Dr. Cecilia A Galindo , she answered all my questions by giving me more information on my Pre H.P. And how to manage it better. she made me feel welcomed and payed attention to the needs.I have for the first time of us meeting. Anyone reading this I hope it helps you make a decision. I Actually enjoy going to see Dr Rubio. The staff is great and the wait time is minimal. The Dr Rubio take the time to listen to my concerns and explains how he will take care of my illness or concerns.

My appointment with Pamela Hernandez was really great! I finally found someone who doesn’t treat me like I’m just a number in line!!! Her office staff is also extremely helpful. I would highly recommend her

Chiropractor is good, my doctor is good but to see my doctor I wait to long to see her, and to get my prescription refilled, receptionist can't help because there to busy so I have to wait again
