Posting anonymously due to my state’s laws. I just want to tell everyone that they do not allow ANY guests. 0 emotional support. So if you are in need of a procedure or going through something traumatic do not come here if you don’t want to be alone. They WILL make you go through it alone. Thankful they helped us get in quickly, but for a family planning office to not allow your partner even in the waiting room is actually insane. It literally says on their website they recommend you come with a partner or support system, and then they tell that person they aren’t allowed to be there. I also called to make my wife’s appointment because she asked me too, they knew I was with her, and did not explain to me over the phone that I was not allowed there. Just had security come in and kick me out while we were filling out her paperwork. That alone gives this place 1 star. Way to traumatize people even further.

I don't even know where to start the way I've been treated by these wonderful angels these past 3 days. This was absolutely the worst thing to go through in my life, and the whole staff was absolutely amazing I am honestly at a loss for words at how incredible every single one of them was. My nurse was Rose she was absolutely amazing and such an angel kept me informed every step of the way as all of the staff did I appreciate every single one of you especially the surgeon she was absolutely amazing as well I couldn't have done it without your guys's support thank you so much for everything you guys are in my heart forever. I honestly will never forget you guys

Went here a few years ago, with no idea what to expect. I was in panic mode and so scared. I found the office info from google and gave them a call to try to figure out what to do. The person on the phone was very kind, so I got in the car and drove 3hrs. I had never been to Chicago before, but I found the office and parking, easily. The staff were excellent, they were kind and knowledgeable, but never judgmental or pushy. The instructions for the medical abortion were explained to me and everything went smoothly, back home. I’m incredibly grateful for this group, for guidance during a very dark time. I wouldn’t have my life now, without them.

I’m so thankful for the exceptional team here. I scheduled a pill app and was out within an hour and a half. Every staff member I spoke too was super kind and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to answer any questions I had. Went in for an in clinic procedure. I was there *maybe* 4 hours. Quick and efficient service on all parts. I appreciated the politeness of each person I encountered during my appointment! Such a beautiful place and staff, can’t complain about hygiene/cleanness and the staffs natural caring personality. They show so much care and kindness towards the patients and the process they treat it with such care and respect. They really made my visit easy.
