I called and made a payment for my co pay in June. This morning I got a call from a Debt collector for another co pay from March. There was only one charge when I called in June and was told 4 statements where sent. If I owed from March it should've showed up on my account when I made the payment in June. I wouldve taken care of it then. I pay my bills, and this is ridiculous. Make sure you pay the copay. They will go after your credit over a simple $15

I have no complaints regarding Dr Hasan, and his staff. Our Family has been with Dr. Charles when he started, and He was the nicest, caring, compassionate Dr you would ever ask for, when he told us he was retiring, it was hard, but happy for him. He told us he was in the process of interviewing a Dr to replace him, and let me tell you. He picked the cream of the crop. Dr Hasan is the nicest Dr. who takes time with his patients So, with that I say thank you to Dr. Hasan and his great staff.

My son is autistic, he is low functioning and non verbal. He is almost 6 years old and not potty trained. While I was in the hospital having my now two month old baby girl I received a call stating my son was scheduled for a check up which I obviously couldn’t make it to. After I got home I was hounded with calls and letters asking me to reschedule his appointment. In order for me to do this I had to find a ride and plan it out perfectly to get him and my newborn who is nursing there without issue. That alone with a severely autistic child is not easy, now add a nursing baby and my ride who is a woman with health issues of her own. I somehow managed to get everyone fed and out the door in time for our appointment. Now let’s get the point. Their receptionist is almost never pleasant and greeted us with a questionnaire to fill out asking us questions in regards to our health. My son was sick the week prior and had a residual cough leftover from that but never broke a fever so being honest I checked off that he had a cough. Little did I know that him simply having a cough would cause them to not let him in for his check up. I wasted time, energy and gas money to make this appointment. This is not the first time this has happened there, I have been told to not bring in my son if he is sick. What is happening to the world? Since when can you not bring sick children to a doctors office? I left but I did not leave happy at all, I was pissed to say the very least. I said I was absolutely not rescheduling that appointment or coming back if I could help it. I’m trying to get in him where my daughter is but they are full until further notice and with that being said I did not cause a scene I did not say things I wanted to say but I did let them know I wasn’t pleased at all. Now getting back to my son not being potty trained, I am a unable to get a job because of my sons disability and his life plan care manager informed me of a program where as long as his doctor writes a script for pulls ups I can pick them up from my local pharmacy for free because at this point it is considered incontinence. After my son’s appointment they would no longer write those scripts. I think this is extremely childish, just because you don’t like how I reacted to your reasoning behind not seeing my son that day your going to cancel his script for pull ups and essentially put more stress on an already stressful situation. I’m was already done with them and trying to move on but why take it out on my son? I’m so unbelievably disgusted with them, I’m not necessarily proud of my behavior but considering all I’m going through at the moment my reaction could have been so much worse. So Syed Hasan I think you are horrible, unprofessional and unsympathetic and those are not good traits to have in your line of work. I would give you zero stars if it were possible.
