I have finally found a good Dr. It only took 42 years, ha. Dr. Rogers is awesome! She listens therefore she doesn't rush you. She goes above & beyond! LOVE her. Her nurse is awesome too! The rest of the staff is friendly as well. Thank you Fast Pace Alabaster!!

4/5 stars simply because staff needs to be better trained on costs of services. I was given conflicted information about payments, which ended up putting me in the hole. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect! All staff were extremely kind and patient with me, as well as very thorough in my care. And they displayed all of that when I came in super late and kept them past closing!!! Highly recommend this location!!

On Monday, October 7, 2024, I presented to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care for removal of stitches to my left index finger, from a kitchen knife manual sharpening accident (my fault, totally!). I had received my sutures from a local ER. The staff, my wonderful Technician (who took my history, blood pressure, and temperature), as well as my outstanding Nurse Practitioner, who painstakingly removed my stitches (no easy feat!) -- were all excellent! I will gladly return if my clumsiness continues. The wait to be seen was very short, and I was taken care of -- and out the door -- within an hour of my arrival. Please, don't hesitate to come to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care in Alabaster, Alabama. It will be painless!

Receptionist was wonderful and informative very friendly…

Greeted by assistant and made my granddaughter feel very comfortable with vitals , even though she would not sit still for blood pressure. It had to be taken several times … she was extremely patient and talked to my baby the entire time.

After sitting in room for 35 minutes, I came out and asked “were we forgotten “, ; Crnp entered the room after we waited for 1 hour, she dx the child’s problems quickly, meds ordered and we left …

I brought my son in because he was running a fever everything good until on of the nurses used a Apple Watch to check beats I asked if they had anything else to used besides a watch and my son is 2 years old and I know watches do check things like that but I’m in a doctors office I rather see a little professionalism and using machine that works a little better on someone like a 2 year old everything else was fine they were nice but that kinda upset me because nurse was telling my he has this and that but he really didn’t have this and that after taking him to primary

We waited in the patient room for over an hour to see the Nurse Practitioner. When she came in, we couldn’t tell if she was ok bc she was telling our daughter it had been a while since she had been sick according to her chart. We have never been there before because we live in SD. Her whole demeanor left us wondering if she was actually a medical professional or not.
She did quickly diagnose the ear infection and called in the meds quickly so we could get them from the pharmacy before they closed however.
If you need urgent care, they are open later than others and better than the ER.

This was my first time going to Fast Pace Health Urgent Care. Everyone was friendly, the place was so clean and wait time was so short. I was so impressed I am using them as my primary care now. They have added Orthopedic services a soon dermatology....one-stop for most of your needs

Because this was my first visit, I was asked to complete the usual forms. This was expected. The aid guided me throught the time providing personal info which I expected. When time came for addressing the medical issue, time was taken without rush. Questions focused on my medical needs and these were addressed. To my surprise, the nurse practitioner then continued the conversation, making me feel both comfortable and appreciative that she was not in a hurry. I was her priority and she took whatever time was needed and then some. What I appreciated was Fast Pace is accepted by the VA as a caregiver for veterans. I will use this caregiver when I am in need when the situation does not require me to visit the VA hospital.
