I'm not sure what the blueprint is for running a small health care service but the kind ladies at Fast-paced definitely have it figured out. The hospitality was homegrown professionalism at its best. I'm not sure who's is charge of keeping the place so spotless and fresh but they definitely get 2 thumbs up from me. The ladies upfront as well as the specimen collector made me feel at home. Such a delightful experience.

I love everything about this place! My 6yr old detests doctor visits until I found Fastpace . I can schedule my visit in advance; bypassing wait time & any contact w/ other patients. The staff is truly phenomenal from the front desk to the physician. They are patient, informative, personable & kind ; which is appreciated during such stressful times. I'm grateful to have found them.

I arrived around 4ish pm and the wait time was very short and the nurse that assisted me was so helpful and very kind. She treated me like I was someone and that is rare these days. All in all just a great experience and I give it a 10/10.

I want to thank everyone that works at this office! I was not feeling well and having a ruff day on top of it. And I was treated with the best care from (Nikki & Jeff). And also the receptionist. The level of professionalism and personalism was outstanding! I highly recommend them! And I am very thankful for care that they gave me!!

Was not impressed! Made an appointment on line, still had to wait almost 30 minutes. Staff was rude and off putting. Nurse practitioner maybe spent 3 whole minutes with me. She could of cared less about what I was saying. I've worked in Healthcare my entire adult life and that's not how you treat patients! And the cost was outrageous!! 1st and last time utilizing this facility!

Quickly in and out. Did a great job explaining what was wrong with my 5yr old. Gave me plenty of information and told me exactly what I needed to help her get well faster. The staff is friendly and well trained. Could not as for a better experience.

Didn't give me a diagnosis of bronchitis. Because it wasn't strep covid or flu they did nothing. Gave me cough meds and allergy pills that i didn't need a prescription for. Went to different dr.
Said bronchitis right away after listening to my lungs which they did at fast pace and ear was clogged which wasnt mentioned eithet after looking in it
. Waste of time and money

I was seen very quickly and efficiently. While they weren't able to solve my situation, because it is going to take tests and such, they were kind and attentive and listened to my symptoms carefully.
