Dr Atchley is the best provider I ever had because she threats me like family and helps me with my needs. If she unable to help me, she refers me to a specialist who can.Her MA Daisy always goes beyond to make me feel better. On my appointments I would gladly only like to see Dr. Atchley.

First of all Alex is such a sweet and kind person literally only staff member that knows how to be professional, then there’s the girls I believe one of their names is Daisy and my goodness rudest persons ever, their attitude the way they speak so unprofessional. They act like they hate their job customer service is horrible with them they should learn more from Alex. It’s not that hard to be nice not even asking them to smile but to cut out the attitude. They should reconsider the job choices cause customer service is definitely not it for them. Alex thank you for always helping them out and being nice to us patients they need more people like you here.

The clinic is a little run down, but some of the staff is great! Lisa was a really nice doctor and the phlebotomist was so patient and great at drawing blood. I have had so many people not know how to draw my blood and this phlebotomist knew exactly what she was doing!

If you don’t have health insurance and are self pay you are better of going somewhere else , because you will come out the same as you went in no results and referred somewhere else . They don’t tell you this upfront when they are collecting payment for no service at all. Rude costumer service from staff .

Dr. Atchley has been wonderful. She is educated and compassionate. She has a great personality and makes me laugh. My diabetes numbers went from 13.9 down to an 8. She took care of a serious cat bite. I am very blessed to have her as my doctor. She is a keeper! Debbie

Went in for physical and blood testing have waited 2 1/2 weeks and never got a call back then when I call I have to schedule and appointment for the results? Why wouldn’t I receive a call letting me know my results are ready on top of that I’ve been waiting for my birth control for the same amount of time yet I was told it would take a week! I thought healthcare centers were for care!

Had an appointment for well women’s, waited for at least an hour. It was very minimal and did not seem like a complete well womens. Also Needed to get bloodwork done but because it was so late they couldn’t get it done. I call today to find out about coming into to complete blood work and they say phlebotomist is out and they don’t know when she will be back. They refer me to another location where they do not answer. Going to look for another provider.
