Highly recommend Dr. Smith!! Very attentive and eased my worries throughout my pregnancy she made time for last minute appointments and attended my birth and made it such an amazing experience for me listened to me and my want for a vbac & I was able to have a second successful vbac because of her! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Also staff are very kind and understanding.

Charged me $120 for just a less than 10 minutes first visit consultation. Did not provide an itemized bill. Came here because they are on the in network providers list. Checked with the insurance to look at my coverage and they told me the consultation should not cost me anything out of pocket.

Dont come here. My dr was dr dhaliwal. Long story short ive been having adnormal bleeding for 2 months going on 3. On 9/1 i saw dr dhaliwal for my post op. As usual she comes off cold and uncaring and shows no compassion. I was literally in tears. I found out later in the day she passed me onto dr pham to do my surgery and although i didnt appreciate the lack of transperancy by her i was ok with seeing dr pham bc she genuinely seems to care for her patients. She was also suppose to send a prescription for me that day bc ive been having major cramps along with clotting and bleeding thru pads every hour. She never sent my meds and i had to call the after hour exchange twice bc I was told to do so by the front office staff if i didnt get my meds by that night. A review was written in regards to her lack of care and dissatisfaction with how she handled me as her patient. I feel very discriminated against as a black woman. She even denied me care from Dr. Pham while doctor pham was on vacation. I was ok with not seeing her but to deny me care that i need from another medical professional is way out of context and negligent. People have the right to write a review on your facility if they have been mishandled. Fast forward to today and i receive a notice stating both she and Dr Pham cannot see me after 30 days. I know she was no longer going to be my doctor but to deny me seeing dr pham knowing im bleeding is beyond negligent. The letter stated i had 30 days mind you i was scheduled for surgery on 9/15. The office manager rose proceeded to inform me that although the letter states 30 days i cannot keep my appointment. She was also at first trying to deny my medical records stating that My physician has to request them. I informed her i want my own medical records and she suddenly changed her tune informing me of the fee. I have no issue paying the fee but i also will be contacting the medical board and a malpractice attorney for all that i am being put thru as well as for abanding my care before the 30 days was up knowing Im bleeding and clotting heavily. This is not the way you treat patients. I was lied to by the dr and a referral was submitted for my hysterectomy she claims my insurance denied and after speaking with them they advised she never sent a referral for that only for ablation. I was lied to when she said a malpractice insurance contacted her saying she couldnt treat me because my husbands review expressed dissatisfactory for her care. This had nothing at all to do with dr pham she is great but this all stems from dr dhaliwal placing her personal feelings in front of her patients care because of a review on google. If you want proper care and to be treated with respect compassion and concern for your medical situation i would advise you to see Dr pham or the other dr i have seen many positive reviews for. If you google dr dhaliwals name which i should have done in the beginning you will see the level of dissatisfaction MANY patients have with her. My husband told her he would take the review down just so i could get the proper care i needed but this lady still proceeded to abandon me as a patient. She is negligent and i would strongly urge you to see someone else. I will also be notifying the necessary channels that she dropped me bc instead of her listening to how highly dissatisfied patients are with her she chose to act juvenile over a review when people are entitled to feel how they feel and post reviews if they arent satisfied with the services provided. The last time i seen her she was short with me and in and out the room within 3 minutes yet these insurances are paying her this money to conduct her job properly. She didnt even bother to check my bleeding when i told her how i was soaking pads and the morning of 9/2 i had to go into urgent care bc of my pain and all the bleeding. I didnt get the prescription until the next day after i seen her and also was seen by urgent care. She needs It seems to me she handles minorities this way from all the other reviews posted and this is a serious issue.

Dr. Kelly Ghislaine Smith is the only OB we have ever worked with but we are 1000% sure that she is the best OB we can find! We are so blessed to have her help with welcoming our baby daughter into the world!

Dr. Oliver and her team are amazing! I had some concerns about some pregnancy symptoms I haven’t experienced before and Dr. Oliver was prompt to call me back and answer any of my questions. I had another OB where I felt like I could take to her about anything and I feel the complete opposite with Dr. Oliver. I highly recommend her as an OB if you are pregnant.

Worst clinic , they don’t take the time to know their patients and it seems like they are just doing their jobs to go home . No test are ran at the facility , your send everywhere to do everything. It’s a waste of time . No proper care . Being that I have medical and was pregnant I was told to get over the counter prescriptions instead of them prescribing medication that insurance would and can pay for. I truly feel didn’t feel as though my health was in their nest interest and no being pregnant at 7 months I’m switching to the lady that delivered my first baby . The inside of this office is very clean and nice but nice and clean is t worth my health or life . Ive been coming for visits in my pregnancy and they have yet to know me as a patient just pitiful

I had pain and I went to the emergency department, they examined me and my fetus, everything was fine, and they told me that the cause of my pain in the upper abdomen was abdominal pain. They told me to take Tylenol and Pepsid and told me that I should call my doctor and make an urgent appointment, and they gave me a full report. I called the femecare office. To make an appointment, but my doctor was not there, and since my case was urgent, I insisted on seeing any doctor in her place, but when I went, the doctor dealt with me in the worst way. After an hour and a quarter of waiting, the doctor answered all my questions. I do not know. I asked her that the emergency doctor prescribed Tylenol and Pepsid for me, and I asked her if there was no harm in taking them. She answered me, “I can’t know.” I told her, “Can you give me anything just to reduce the feeling of pain?” She told me, “I don’t know.” She just wants me to go out and talk to me while she is standing in front of the door and i tell her that i am in terrible pain so can i take anything to reduce the pain and i dont want to take the medicine that the emergency doctor told me about so I consulted her because it could harm my fetus so.
I have never seen in my life worse treatment than this medicine as a humanitarian profession. Unfortunately, i came with a physically ill and came out mentally and physically ill.
