11/09/21 Horrible lady working front desk horrible standards and procedures Dr was taking long to take a family in they had to wait 1 hr pass their time. A new patient comes in and they attend HER first before the family waiting a whole hour, and they still had to wait another 45mins and guess how long it took to attend the family 10 freaking minutes!!! I understand completely why the family would complain and they weren't even rude about it for the front desk worker to start laughing as soon as they walk out. My husband came to pick up a LETTER that was supposed to be done at 10 am. It's 3:12 and we've been here since 2:30. Horrible horrible horrible. Can't wait to go to the next higher up to complain.
