Came in with a nail in my tire, The guys here at Firestone fixed me up real quick and I was on my way. Superior top-notch service. Makes me happy to know we have a good tire service on base.

If you have an appointment and want timely/well done service, don’t come here.

Had an appointment for 0900 to replace my tires and get a front alignment done, my vehicle wasn’t even looked at until 1100. On top of that, my husband specially told them to let him know if the wheels rubbed (due to the larger size) and they failed to mention it to myself at checkout.

When service was complete, I asked for the invoice and was told that one was emailed.

On top of that, the mechanics used my wheel lock to assist with replacing my tires, but did not return it to my vehicles toolbox, when the invoice specifically states it was returned.

I was working with Youki with the process and she became very irritated and rushed the phone call when I let her know about my missing wheel lock, and lied saying that my invoice and wheel lock was in a slip upon checkout.

Not impressed with the service at all, and won’t be returning. I will however be expecting a replacement for my missing wheel lock.

After having a lifetime alignment on 3 vehicles over 20 years, they decided to not honor the terms of their own service. Don’t even think about going there if you’ve leveled your truck, spacer or coilover. Elevated to the regional manager, who is not nor has never been a mechanic, he claims that an OEM replacement coilover is modified outside of manufacturers specifications. It’s not. The dealer even honored the factory warranty with them. Had to argue with him for an hour to even be reimbursed the alignment cost. Will never go to a Firestone again, stay as far away as you can. They charge dealer rates with under qualified staff.

Absolutely perfect customer service is extremely friendly and helpful! Car needed a lot of work and all was completed in a timely manner and done correctly no issues!

Dropped my care off at 11am (with an appointment set), It is now 3:00pm my care still not done. I had an appointment yesterday and was turned away due to high volume of costumers understandable. It does not take over 4 hrs to get an oil change done with an appointment. Don’t come here you have better luck at Walmart or doing it yourself.

Caught a flat tire on the way to work and was able to make into Firestone on Camp Pendleton. Yuki was my representative and she was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful! I was in and out within the hour! YUKI you’re the best!

They were extremely professional and got my tires within a day. My car was only there 3 hours and got an alignment and 4 new tires. Yuki handled my whole service and was extremely nice and helpful.
