I am home bound with a caregiver. They refused to deliver my walker in a timely manner so my physical therapy was stopped. Now they are telling me that I have to wait until they have a delivery in my area which right now is three weeks away yet they advertise next day delivery. Their staff says they are closed on Saturday however their outgoing voicemail says they are open. No wonder they have bad reviews and a low BBB score. They can't even get their hours correct on the net.

Have used them for 2 years , at first was great , but last 7 months take long time to process order ,one order didn't get for a month , and last ordered after 2 years they had the wrong house number. So glad I'm changing insurance.

Company stolen hundreds of dollars from my card. Refused to ship my order and then refused to refund my order. Claimed it was a glitch in the system and unable to help. No American workers and unable to understand simple English.

Update they corrected the mistake.

This is to the backdoor of nothing due to this company not wanting to be exposed for the utter trash it is. This company milks Medicare beneficiaries while doing its best job to not pay out anything through means of support products. Out right scam of a company likely owned by someone's family member at United Healthcare to scam Medicare.

Edit: United Healthcare stopped using them as of 2022, can't imagine why...

Amazing service. Whenever I need anything for any family members they have it all. Very thankful for the fact that they speak Russian and English. The image of the entrance is wrong on Google maps though.
