December 2022 I had been going in to see my Doctor regularly complaining I was not feeling well. I kept on being told their was not anything wrong finally I went to Beth Israel Lahey Burlington and was admitted for having the Omicron variant COVID -19 and even extremely more serious Heart Failure. All the at Fitchburg Family Practice Doctor had to do was give me an EKG which takes just a few minutes and would have detected Heart Failure. There are very few good Doctors, Nurse Practitioner's or physican assistants at FFP. There follow up rates 1 out of 5, 5 being excellent. After all the trauma I suffered I didn't even receive an apology instead they stayed silent and guilty. No integrity, sympathy, empathy or decency. UMASS is just not graduating competent Doctors. If you want the best care avoid Fitchburg Family Practice don't walk run to a Hospital with quality Doctors and healthcare.

All of the doctors there are very very nice. They treat all kinds of different people there is no disrespect and if you happen to be disrespected or feel like somebody was miscategorizing you or judging you, The person who is in charge of the hospital will sit you down and talk to you and make sure that everything is okay. They never want anybody to feel like somebody is being placed in a category they shouldn't be placed in. The only downside about this place is that you will never see the same doctor all of the time. It's a team of doctors that work together. You get placed with random doctors according to their availability. you have one doctor that is supposed to be your set doctor, but in my experience you hardly ever see that person. if you are here to be treated for anxiety I suggest you go somewhere else. They have English speaking psychiatrist but she doesn't speak very good English at all it's hard to understand her and she does not believe in modern anxiety medicine. in fact if you are on Suboxone or any painkillers they always Think that you want drugs if you have anxiety which is a debilitating condition and it's actually sad that people think that way but there's nothing we can do about that. That's the only downside about this place. otherwise the people who work there are so so nice. Even in the office

Dr. MarkAddy has been there through the good and the bad. I had an emergency and she was able to fit me in first thing that morning. She has always been kind, knowledgeable, and a great educator to any questions that I have. With a change in jobs her practice has the ability to accept an array of health insurance plans, and as with any family practice there are many people that come in expecting to be seen right away, but sadly lets be real life isn't perfect and things happen but she still can come in and treat her patients with respect even though she is having a rough day.

My doctor is the best Ive ever had. All the residents are absolutley amazing as well. Very attentive to all my needs and they take their time and always available if I need an appointment. Love to have an adult Physician, an OB and pediatric doctor for my kids all in one. I recomend to anyone!

Patel was very personal compassionate and thorough. I wasn’t rushed. The lab tech on site was great too. Quick and painless. Patel even personally called me with my results three days later.

This is a terrible hospital. They did not help me when I was in very serious pain, and they forgot to send referrals so that I could see another doctor. I felt very dehumanized by the way that they handled my care.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Facility is really clean. I like that the lab is inhouse. I recommend using MyChart. Requests are handled in a prompt manner.
