They simply don’t care about how much pain a patient is in. My dad has been in pain for three months. He had knee surgery that didn’t go well. He hasn’t been able to sleep or walk. All they want to do is have you come in so they can collect more money. They will not prescribe a pain medication.

i’d give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely awful prenatal care. none of them truly care and suggest that u keep doing the things you say don’t work/help. i got ridiculed on my weight while being in my 3rd trimester. being accused of wanting to get ahold of painkillers in a negative way just because i keep telling them i’m having period like cramps during my pregnancy. being told that none of my MAJOR symptoms that i’ve been struggling with are a cause for concern and that i just “need to get used to it” with pregnancy and that “other women have it harder”. i’ve checked off “no” on the initial paper that you get when checking in for an appointment with the question asking “do you want an additional staff present during the appointment “ and somehow they always manage to bring in 1 or more doctors into the room just to interrogate you about questions you’ve already answered. i informed them i was going to be transferring my care and that’s when they really started to show their true colors. absolutely disgusting. stay far away from this place. seek care elsewhere !!

Receptionist with purple mask AMAZING my doctor absolutely great never had any issues. Amazing at listening to my concerns and providing additional assistance some in which they didn’t have too. If you want quality care and your actually looking to feel better this is the place to be

It is a good thing I like my Dr because I would not be back. Working in the health care field and the older lady at the reception desk with the purple mask gives me an attitude. She couldn't be bothered to stop her conversation with her coworker or tell me I needed to take the paperwork BEFORE telling go have a seat and someone will be right with you. So instead be snippy and say bye flipantly. Real mature, no wonder there are mass shootings because of people like you.

I honestly would not give this place a one star if the receptionist weren’t as nice and professional. Dr. Charette has caused me to lose all confidence in the professionalism of health care workers in Massachusetts . She never really treats anything, and no matter what the problem is she ALWAYS bring several doctors in the room with us and ends up suggesting I go to the emergency room. The incompetence is just alarming to me. I honestly have no plans to see this hack in the future and have decided to take the Holistic approach. At least I’m starting to see improvements in my over all health without all the gas lighting and non sense. I can honestly say that I feel like I’m at least being heard and I don’t have worry about some half wit just making things up in the notes on my chart and charging my insurance for services that were never rendered.

Dr eshelman, Dr cosgrove, and Dr charette are very very kind individuals and will not misjudge you. They are good communicators and they speak very well English. They are very very kind individuals that I would love to have as my doctors for the rest of my life. I have never felt judged One Time by these people. The other doctors I don't know so much about but I can vouch for these three as being complete sweethearts. They care about your health and they care about your past they don't put you into a category with everybody else depending what kind of medicine you're on or what your medical condition happens to be. They treat you like an actual human being. Not like a statistic.

Dr Zang is incompetent and extremely inexperienced. He hasn’t graduated med school and made decisions that were completely counterproductive and dangerous. He needs more schooling or maybe should just become the vet he was born to be
