Wow. Fantastic staff and lovely office. I’ve neglected my foot pain from years ago of surgery and fractures. Dr. Rosales is very knowledgeable and personable, and would highly recommend for any of your foot needs, recommendations, and referrals.

Had a positive experience until I received a bill. I was told twice that if my son outgrew his orthotics in the first year a second pair could be made at no cost. Apparently the supplier changed this in early 2023. If the office doesn't know this and told me in August 2023 and again in August 2024 how in the world would the patient know they aren't free? Have paid over $1,200 to this office in the last year and now owe more due to their mistake.

I made an appointment here for an ingrown toenail, I showed up and they were friendly and did all the normal paperwork etc, I should have done my research and realized they were not in my network but they also did not say anything about that to me after looking at my insurance, they then took me back into the room and proceeded to take x-rays of both feet, and finally the dr came in and verified I have an ingrown toenail but they can’t fix it today for “insurance reasons” I have a very busy work schedule so we scheduled an appointment for the removal next Tuesday (nearly another week later) to do what I wanted them to do today. Was then charged $195 for the visit and for the x-rays I didn’t ask for. I was able to call another foot specialist and got the ingrown toenail fixed on a walk in two hours later.

My husband had an ok experience with the doctor (though I question the diagnosis without further testing, like blood work). But the billing leaves a LOT to be desired. Even though their phone recording specifically states they collect ALL fees upfront (balances, co-pays, and unmet deductibles), it's not true. You can expect a bill in the mail, eventually.

Then, you only have two options for payment, check or credit card. Instead of having an option to pay through a secure method, you give your credit card information to someone via phone who writes it down and then types it into a machine later (unless you specifically request for them to do it while you're on the phone). With the world we live in today being full of identity theft and compromised information, this office offers the least security I've ever experienced. They offer no other options. No payment portal, no automated phone system to enter payment information into. But you better believe if they don't get your payment immediately, they threaten collections and charge late fees right away.

They should be more concerned about protecting their patient's personal information instead of focusing on slapping you with fees. Oh and if you question if they plan to shred the paper that they wrote your credit card number on, the office gal condescendingly will offer to let you HEAR her shred it. Seriously?!? What a joke!

We were greeted with a friendly staff. My husband had an ingrown toenail worked on & said it was painless, even the pain injection. Dr Rosales was great & knew right what to do to ease his pain.
