I have been going to this office for 15 years. I started out at the Flora office. We now for the past 6 years been going to the Lafayette office. I called last week to schedule an appointment. Right at the start the receptionist took my name and birthdate. Before asking what I needed to be seen for she was very rude about a $8 balance I had from 2017! I said I would look into this since I’ve had insurance. When I arrived same lady was rude and loud. Asked me for my ID and insurance card. I said I’ve never been asked for that but I can go to my car and get it. Again she was rude and loud about an $8 balance. I said so you wont see me for that?! She laughed at me. Two days later I received a certified letter that cost $8.83 to mail me ($8 balance I had) it was a letter telling me I had to find another dr because of how I was and my balance ($8!) Dr Dutter has always been amazing. This new receptionist was rude and talked about me and my $8 balance when I went back to the room. Isn’t that against HIPPA laws?

Warren Root is THE BEST!! He is caring, a great listener, knowledgeable, on top of the latest medications & treatment options, very personable and above all else, he will take whatever time you need. I have never felt rushed thru. Warren is by far the greatest asset to the Flora community!

The staff are very friendly when you walk in.

Lydia is very nice and explained everything in detail.
She made me feel comfortable and at ease which is big for me. As I typically would not be very comfortable in that setting.

I went here because of the good reviews. As I am looking for a permanent doctor. And I think I found the right place.

Dr. Dutter is fantastic. He listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had. He took his time explaining things to me. I appreciate not feeling rushed to just get me out the door. The rest of the staff was very kind. I was recommended Dr. Dutter by a family friend and I will definitely recommended him to others.

I am a disabled senior citizen with one leg. I probably would of never went to Flora and left Lafayette clinics if it had not been for a registered nurse at Franciscan health in Lafayette recommending dr Dutter and his staff five star. I went to Flora and received the best treatment and care you could ever even imagine. It didn’t take many visits to realize how smart dr Dutter was and how he cared about his patients. dr Dutter took the time to answer and explain. I didn’t ever feel rushed. I've been coming here for four years now and I'm done. The secretaries aren't friendly or helpful, god forbid you have to call them to talk to someone because they're dismissive and rude towards you. Dr. Dutter is hardly ever there himself. In my four years coming here I've seen him once, and that was my first visit. You'd be better off going to the doctors at Walmart or even behind the gas station and buying a cheap bag of weed. I came here out of convenience and it was a mistake. Don't make the same mistake I have.
