Since the office has relocated and new staff....the visits are much more pleasant for my mom and cleaner for everyone who visits. The staff is way more friendly and kind. And professional. They always greet us with a smile.

Heads up, practice requires you to be seen by the doctor every three months, even if you are perfectly healthy. I just wanted a refill of my birth control, and they wouldn’t because I had been seen 4 months ago. I was told it was a requirement of their doctor for patients to be seen every 3 months in order to get any kind of refills. It’s obvious they just want money. I know that visit volumes are down across the industry, but this is not the way to run a business.

Additionally, was trying to get them to complete a prioritization for a migraine medication for over three months. I am changing PCP’s.

Being new to the Florence area and seeking a Family Practice doctor, I happened on the Florence Family Practice. Based on the Google reviews I filled out my new patient form and scheduled an appointment.

What followed on my first visit was the most professional, caring and comprehensive initial appointment I have ever experienced. I will go no further for my primary care needs I have found my doctor.

This Doctors office is literally heaven sent! I’ve never been to a doctor who listens and actually care the way that Dr.Allen does. All the ladies here are so sweet I would definitely recommend Florence Family Practice to everyone looking to be helped and heard. The office is so cozy and the vibes are so positive I love it! 10/10 recommended

Place charges you another Dr visit just to call and say everything is fine after blood work. My insurance company says they processed the visit wrong. I'm convinced this place is out to steal your money. Don't go here!

I been going to Florence family practice since they had the old building.My experience is not so good anymore.I was seeing my old doctor witch I was very pleased with her now they got everyone new.The woman I’m seeing now is very unprofessional.She never introduced her name to me.I don’t feel comfortable with her she also talked about another patient information to me what there results were.Your suppose to keep that private she wasn’t that friendly.She wasn’t asking me any important things like she was suppose to ask me.I’m going to be looking for another place to go.I don’t think she cares for her patients at all.I asked for nausea medicine the day I seen her that was Friday it is now Tuesday and she still never called it in.I’ve called up there everyday all I get is she is going to call me back and I’m still waiting I think she is just out to get peoples money I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone anymore….

They are great for people that have no insurance. They should not be on the pain management list however. She doesn't allow them to give anything stronger than ibuprofen/ 800. I know. I was a patient for over 10 years.

Was able to be seen the same day I called in. Jana was awesome and followed up to make sure everything was taking care of. I had peace of mind and felt very comfortable after seeing Jennifer. Highly recommend Florence Family Practice.
