I came this morning with my hysband to Sanitas and I stop by to see Juan Betancourt, he always have an excellent custoner service. He was very helpful, he is very knowledge about all the plans that Florida blue has and he recommend the best plan for me. I highly recommend him if you have any questions or concerns regarding your plan.

I just got off of the phone with a guy that knows the true meaning of custom service.. Super helpful and most important he listen. I just in rolled in Florida blue and I had questions regarding Dr's, and all I can say is WOW !! He answered my questions and more.. This young man name is Juan Betancourt. I want to Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking your time with me.

Had such a bad experience with this company. I called in the beginning of the year to cancel my coverage because I had a new insurance for the year, the customer service agent assured me everything was cleared. The next month start seeing that they’re still charging me and call them, turns out they have a policy, which the customer service agent didn’t mention, that if I don’t specifically mention “dental” they will not cancel it. I called to cancel ALL COVERAGE, the customer service agent assumed it was just health insurance. Asked for a refund due to this misunderstanding and was transferred to different representatives all which denied refund, one of which even admitted agent was at fault. Some of the representatives were not very professional, or helpful.

I Highly recommend Juan Bentacourt for his excellent work in sales and customer service his located inside Sanitas Clinics Kendall Offices if you ever have any issues. Have florida Blue connect you with him or drop by in person I assure you he take care of the situition no matter how difficult it looks Thank U Juan for you're great customer services

I am praying that my company will terminate the contract with Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Worst service I ever received in my life. The moment I needed the insurance most, they made me out of the bag! No one cares about you ... Insurance has a contract with Care Centrix and Atria (Atria has 813 patient complaints online, Why they continue with the company?) People needing Oxygenio who do not deliver, people who had to stay in the hospital unnecessarily Because they did not give the equipment for the person to go home, horrible !!!! For the love of God, someone can do something! I had surgery and I'm lying in bed without moving because they promised to deliver the material and when I call all the time , are Different answers ...... I need help .....I live alone ! I had Back Surgery !
