my child has seen Kimberly Martin at the wickham location since she’s been born. love her with my whole heart! so sweet, so caring, she takes the time to interact with the kids and parents seriously the sweetest ever! my nephew is 9 and has been seeing her his entire life too.
Now, on the 11th i had to go to the Silver Palms location because my one year old was having flu like symptoms and Dr. Kimmie didn’t have any openings. Receptionist was really nice and even the lady who took my daughter’s weight and temperature was super sweet. When the doctor came in, Dr. Enas Iskander, she didn’t seem caring or concerned in the slightest bit. Which is fine, she’s not her child to be worried about. But as a pediatrician , being nurturing to children is part of your job. She asked me what was going on, i told her I had a get together the weekend before and my friend stated people in her house were down with the flu. So that’s how i thought my daughter got it. She starts to tell me that someone has to be sick and have symptoms of the flu, to give it to someone else. (basically insinuating my friend had symptoms or that she got it from somewhere else) I mean i don’t have my degree but i’m pretty certain that’s false information. She asked if my daughter gets sick often, and i said no not really she just got over having covid not too long ago though , and RUDELY she said to me “oh you were at another get together?” little did she know i was at a funeral for my best friend. just super inconsiderate and not appropriate at all for a doctor to be saying.
After that, she wanted to check my daughters heart and ears. Any time i have ever taken her to the Wickham location, they have me hold her while they check her ears or have her sitting up on the seat while they check it. This lady had me lay my baby down on her back and hold her arms down so she can check her ears. my daughter was screaming crying over getting her ears checked and the lady holding her head down. my daughter has never cried at the doctor checking her for anything. when she realized she was getting even more upset, she made a sigh noise like my child was being a burden. When she handed my daughter back to me, she kinda just like rudely handed her to me like she was annoyed with her. At this point i am crying with my daughter, and again no sympathy AT ALL. she said have a good day and left. Another nurse came in to do the actual test for the flu and she seemed to care way more than the actual doc. I told her exactly what happened and she apologized but this isn’t the first time she’s acted like this so i’m sure it won’t be her last. it’s sick. i’ll be going to the wickham one and seeing Dr. Kimmie ONLY.

Terrible experience at the silver palm location with DR.EZRA (something of the sort) she doesn’t know how to speak to anyone or their CHILDREN. She walked in the room and instantly spoke to my children as if she known them RUDELY and sternly instead of nice like a stranger should. She made slick remarks about my child’s father being “around” as well as she was being unprofessional because her receptionist didn’t provide the paperwork for DAD to fill out. All because she didn’t like the “Aroma”. Instead of turning us around to reschedule because of the aroma in the office she came at me & dad unprofessional and rude and refused my son service after having us sign in, wait, start the doctors visit, and then turning us around because she doesn’t know how to talk to people.

Kimberly is an absolute angel! She is always a pleasure to see, and she truly listens and cares. We have four children and she has been amazing with them all. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

My experience with this office has been my first 2 weeks of my new borns life. Shes been here 3 times so far and i cant stress how nice they have been. A lot of the nurses are moms and very gentle, well at listening, and never make you feel uneasy. Thank you gals/guys!

My son is 4. I’ve been going to this office off wickham since he was 1 day old. The providers are wonderful. The front is worth switching offices. They should really consider that front desk is a the face of the office. They are extremely unhelpful, rude, and dismissive- every SINGLE time. They shouldn’t be working in this field at all. Horrible horrible front desk for years!! The silver palm location is wonderful!

This is the worst customer service I have ever with the front desk at a doctor’s office. I came 30 minutes early filled out my paperwork and I gave it to them. Then there was at least 4 or 5 people that came after me and after I submitted my paperwork that were seen before me. There was only one other person in the waiting room that also come a lot later than me when I was finally taken to an examination room. I ask more than once why I were all those people seen before me that came after me and I was told twice that someone would come back an explain it to me but they did not. It’s clear it was done out of pure malice and I will not be coming back to this office to be treated horribly by the front desk. The only thing good about this visit was the nurse practitioner. Total visit time was approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Love this office. Front desk staff are super nice and friendly. On top if documents and school notes. Weve lived here a year and we've been there 3 times. 2 times for sick visit and once for well visit. We saw the NPs, Robin and Michelle. Both were fabulous and listened! Not pushy. Collaborative in helping care for our children! How it should be!

I've just moved down to Melbourne from Gainesville. It's hard to find a pediatric group that is totally amazing. The Dr's and staff at Florida Pediatrics are just that!! I love Ms Nikki at the front desk! Always has a smile on, knows her job very well and is always great to deal with. Take your kids to Florida Pediatric group 1800 N. Whickam road, Melbourne FL
