I love Dr. Tanner and Stephanie. They are always very warm and welcoming. He tells me what I need to hear and no nonsense around it. My smile is 10 times much more beautiful because of him. I look forward to my 6 month cleanings.

Everytime I tried to update Dr. Tanner on my Dental History he kept saying "whatever. I can't tell you whats in a closed closet. I have to look in your mouth." I was simply doing what I would with any other Doctor or Dentist. He then wrote a treatment plan that totalled in the thousands. I needed a cracked crown replaced and a few cavities filled. One time he even stated "well you don't have a dental degree so how am I to know you are telling the truth?" When I told him that my dentist in New York had replaced one crown because he had warrantied it he laughed. He said "No Dentist warranties dental work." He repeatedly infurred that I was lying to him. He later contradicted himself saying that His crowns wouldn't crack. This sounded like a guartantee to me. In general, He was very rude, repeatedly called me a liar and I would never let him work on my mouth.

I got the work done else where fourth a quarter of the price. Also his secretary yelled at my insurance company on the phone and told they were idiots. Nice office manners!!!
