I see that others have found the office staff to be less than competent. I had hoped to become a new patient here, but ran into that incompetence as well. I filled out a form back in January (it's now March) trying to get set up, and never heard back. Today I called, got put on hold immediately, and was left on hold for over ten minutes. It occurred to me that even if Dr. Nichols is as good as patients say, and is taking new patients, there's no way I'd want to deal with office staff who are incapable of doing their jobs. Every call, every visit, would be awful, having to wait for them to get their act together and pay attention.

Dr. Nichols has been a huge blessing to me. He is very kind and has an excellent bedside manner. All the employees there have been nothing but kind and professional to me. Dr. Nichols truly listens to you and doesn't make you feel rushed either. Thank you Dr. Nichols and staff. 5 stars all the way!

Dr Zeke Nichols is a very caring Dr. He addresses any concerns you have. If your sick they get you in to see him quickly. They do any tests that needs to be done and sends you to a specialist if you need to see one. They have a great staff also

Dr Zeke Nichols. Is very kind And talented Dr that listens to what’s going on with your body and goes from there. Everyone is different with their ailments and he tries to help your issues no matter what they may be. I’ve never had a doctor Listen to me before like him. He listens and tries to find a solution to whatever is going on with your body and that’s a personality trait that I respect and appreciate. I would recommend him to anyone who asked me for a new doctor just because he listens, and he tries his best to come up with a solution to what is wrong with you at the time. I thank him for being so good to my family.

I had such a pleasant experience! From the super kind nurses that were friendly to the incredibly helpful Dr. Nichols! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Was able to answer all my questions and help with my medical needs. Super pleased with the team at this clinic!

I would give zero stars if I could. If you want your elderly loved ones to be given oxycodone, Valium and cyclobenzaprine all at the same time, then this is the place to go. If you want a doctor that doesn't care at all about his patient's well being then Dr. Kiser is the doctor for you. This place is absolutely terrible.
