Though our original appointment was pushed out two weeks, dealing with the front office was a pleasure. Once there (took my mom for a procedure) the medical team was out of this world! Dr Olsen is the sweetest ever, her anesthesiologist and her nurse, Paige, were the best! Everyone was upbeat, happy and accommodating. Mom had NO issues (85 years young!). We couldn’t have asked for any better a team!

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The nurses were all thoughtful, personable, and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I went into my procedure quite anxious as this was my first time under anesthesia, and I felt respected and reassured throughout. Thank you.

I went in yesterday for a procedure and was apprehensive to say the least. Andy was my nurse and she was so reassuring and professional that I could see that I was in good hands, and she handles a needle almost painlessly. Dr. Engel was forthcoming about the procedure and explained thoroughly what was going to happen, and his follow-up was patient and reassuring. Sam was the anesthesiologist and when he said "See you later" I didn't even have time to laugh, waking up in 'a minute or two' all done! I had such a good experience that I wish I remembered more names but everyone was kind, very competent and giving, and I feel great about what could've been a scary and painful procedure. Shout out to all of you there, from the front desk to everyone in the back, you sound like you all get along well and like each other, and someone even said that it was a great place to work. We should all be so lucky!

I've been here more times then I care to count or remember. But I adore and trust my doctor. I find the staff rude, but once you get back to the nursing staff, it's better, insofar as being cared for and respected. They are so nice and knowledgeable. I guess my doctor won't be there anymore, so I probably won't be. I called to find out some information and lost connection, I think. So, as I was complimenting her (the manager) and staff for everything, no response and click. But the Flagstaff Hospital is worse, especially the ER.

While I am incredibly nervous when it comes to needles, the staff took extra care to make sure I felt comfortable. Everyone who stopped to talk to me introduced themselves as well as their constituents and everyone made sure to thoroughly explain what was happening to me. Although I did hyperventilate, I felt like I was safe and that everyone cared about my well being. I probably won’t need my tonsils removed again, but if I did they would be the spot! Thank you again to everyone on the staff that made me feel okay

I have had 3 ear surgeries, 2 nose surgeries, a tonsillectomy, 4 of my kids have had tonsillectomy's done here and I just recently had a stomach procedure. Every single time, they just keep getting better and better. What a seamless and great process and procedure. The staff, Nurses, and Doctor's were and are top notch! Rarely do I leave reviews, but they warranted one for an exceptional experience. Thank you to a phenomenal staff and crew. My recent experience was fantastic, comfortable and easy. 10* if I could give it!
